Surf Park's Unique History:
Our home was moved to Jacksonville Beach in 1948 from Camp Blanding by train. This home was originally an Army Barracks.
We hope you enjoy learning Jacksonville Beaches history while you stay with us.

Surf Park is located only 3 short blocks to the beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping even closer! Completely renovated, and furnished with everything you need! You will see and enjoy all that the Beaches community has to offer. We are Jacksonville Beach Locals and love sharing our community with you!

We are PET Friendly with a large fenced backyard!

*2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath home. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a Full bed, and the Sleeper Sofa has a Queen bed.
*Large fenced backyard with Outdoor Shower, Patio with Gas Grill, Pub Table/Chairs and Hammock to chill.
*Beach wagon and Beach chairs provided

This house is so cute. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Easy and quick responses with management as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location if you are looking for a place anywhere from Ponte Vedra to Atlantic Beach. Super convenient to everything we wanted to do, especially going to the beach. Had a great time!

We loved this house! It had everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was in a great location-the beach and lots of restaurants, stores, etc were all within a few minutes walking distance. The fenced-in yard was great for our dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Charming Home

Very clean, well stocked, new appliances, big TV, comfortable furniture, ceiling fans, AC kept us cool, large fenced in back yard with outdoor furniture and grill. Shed full of beach items like chairs, tent, wagon and bacci ball. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, cozy home close to the beach

Comfortable in the heat, updated look, beach things in the shed with an outdoor shower to rinse off, crosswalk to the beach is close. There was great communication with the host and a comprehensive list of expectation of the property. A great place to stay for our family of 4.

Cute and cozy!

We had a great stay and the house had everything we needed! The fenced yard and outdoor shower were a big plus! We also appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, and cooler. Everyone in the area restaurants and stores were so very friendly! We also left a bag and the owner worked with us to ship the bag! We greatly appreciate her going the extra mile! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Repeat Stay

This is the second stay we have stayed a week at Surf Park. We feel it is cute and cozy. Great central location-easy to walk to beach. Perfect fenced-in backyard for dogs.

The Surf Park house is historic and just like our home which was built in 1947 we love keeping the integrity of our neighborhood by updating but not tearing down! We live just a few blocks away in the same home for over 20 years!

Bikes are everywhere and Walking is also easy with shopping, restaurants and bars on every corner. Jacksonville Beach is Golf Cart friendly as long as it has a tag and registration. You can drive them on any street 35 MPH or less.
