Le condo capture la beauté de la plage de sable blanc poudreux, des eaux bleues et des couchers de soleil de renommée mondiale.Une unité entièrement équipée pour un séjour confortable avec un lit King dans le maître avec accès au balcon, télévision à écran plat et ventilateur de plafond et un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis, tv écran plat et ventilateur au plafond. Et un canapé-lit queen pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit pour des repas économiques et une laveuse / sécheuse empilable pratique dans l'unité. Apportez simplement votre maillot de bain / serviette de plage, vos lunettes de soleil et votre lotion et préparez-vous à vous détendre et à laisser vos soucis s'éloigner. C'est un endroit spectaculaire pour passer du temps pour toute la famille.

Votre famille / vos amis seront jaloux à la maison d'entendre tout ce que vous avez fait ... Essayez-vous au putt-putt -Smugglers Cove, prenez une glace au populaire Shake Shake juste à l'extérieur de la propriété. Very nice place. Clean and spacious with great location to the beach and surroundings. Well equipped with everything you need including towels toiletries and cooking needs. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays. The only issue we have was parking. The spot we were assigned #311N was right across from curb packing and people parking there made it very difficult to get in a d our of our spot.

Great condo steps from the beach

We had a great stay at this property. Pool and beach were fantastic. Room was clean and well appointed. Only negative we really had was the master bedroom mattress is pretty well worn out. They tried to make it better with a mattress topper, but it really just needs replaced. Love the property though.would certainly reconsider when back in the area.

Perfect for my family

My children are now old enough to enjoy a true vacation. It was the first time at the beach for my children and it was really hard to keep them out of the amazing pools here! It was a beautiful, safe and peaceful vacation.

Exceeded our Expectations!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Cinnamon beach! From the cleanliness of the whole complex to the spacious unit, beautiful sunset etc. it was a great vacation! The kids loved the pools, club house and air hockey also. We will be back!

Easy beach access. Good location. Didn’t receive an email from the management company regarding check in but the owner responded immediately and we were able to access the unit. No other issues after that!

My friends and I have stayed at this building several times and I believe even in this unit. We feel the pool size and set up is one of the best in the area and the room has a great gulf view over the pool. It has easy access to the beach and chairs and an umbrella and toys for kids. Comfortable and clean. We would look to stay here again without question.

Everything you could want

We just returned from our vacation on Treasure Island (our first time) and loved this condo. Beautiful view, great location, on the beach - doesn't get much better than that! Publix is 1 mile away, John's Pass is about a mile away, Circle K right across the street. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, even though we spent most of our time outside. Bottom line - don't bother with hotels, this has it all.

A Treasure on Treasure Island

For our Sisters vacation, this place was perfect. We each had our own bed and bathroom and the view overlooking the pool and beach was beautiful. Loved the extra ammenities (gym and pool and cafe). friends came to visit us and were impressed by the ammenities and additional parking next door was convenient. Stores and shops were close by. We gals like it quiet and this was perfect, even though near the pool. plenty of water pressue in the master shower, not in the handsink and the 2nd shower needed more hot water, my sister says. Loved it though :)

The only problem was parking. Had to go to front desk several times concerning this. They had two wedding parties and many of the cars were blocked in....

Good Time

They only downfall for us is they didn't have any blankets. My son had to sleep on the pull-out couch and there were no blankets for him so we had to buy some at Walmart. That was a bummer. Other than that, the place was great. I did message the property management prior to my stay with some questions, and they never responded so I wasn't thrilled with that either.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time away with friends also staying in the property. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to replace the pillows in the bedrooms. Especially the master suite. They have seen better days. Great location on the property. Great view of beach and pool from unit balcony. Clean, up to date.

Great location to John’s Pass, as well as other restaurants and bars and grocery, drug store and liquor store. All within 1 mile. Great unit to sit on balcony in morning or watch sunset. Comfortable beds. We did not use the pull out so no comment there. Great water pressure in showers. Easy check in and check out with key code. Single recommendation would be that the pillows are really soft and flat and could be more firm for our liking. Love this unit and would stay again without hesitation.

Very nice condo! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool areas. Room was clean and decorated nicely.

Our family has stayed at Sunset Vistas many times over the years, and have never been disappointed. The area is great, nice places to eat and shop. The beach is lovely. The pool was very refreshing. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and cute. The beds were a little firm for our taste, but we are used to our memory foam mattress. Near the end of our stay other guests started parking behind our assigned spot, making it difficult (not impossible) to get in and out. With that said we do drive a large SUV. Our family will definitely plan another trip in the future and stay at Sunset Vistas again. :)

Week at Sunset Vista was OUTSTANDING

My family, wife, 3 kids, ages 14, 16, 18 stayed in unit 311N for a week, July 21st to July 28th. The condo/unit is perfect, full kitchen, balcony, 2 full baths, king bed on one room with it's own bathroom. Queen bed in other bedroom, pull out sofa sleeper in main room. Everyone had a bed. Flat screen televisions in all rooms, the place has a washer and dryer which is a HUGE plus for towels and keeping clothing clean. Having the kitchen to save money on breakfast and lunch to include even a few dinners is really nice. Great view overlooking the pool area. Staff at front desk are super friendly and really accommodating. They want you and your family to have a good time and to come back. Maintenance team is constantly in motion, keeping the grounds, the pool and common areas clean and in tip top shape. The really attack the place each day so that it's clean and you want to be there. Pool is much bigger than many properties in the area. Beach access is so close and the sand is clean. The place is really set up for families. We encountered people from Canada, England, Germany and of course families from all over the US. We booked through Sandcastle Realty and they were solid and helpful prior to arrival. I look forward to returning next year. The only negative comment I have is the parking is tight. We had an assigned space and thankfully nobody ever parked in our spot but getting to it requires a little patience and some maneuvering. Other than that which is minor you will enjoy the Gulf breeze, the sand, the sunshine, the pool and the staff at Sunset Vista.
