Nice stay

Very comfortable beds, shampoo, conditioner and gel soap provided was great, pool and hot tub was nice. Bit of a walk to the beach. Balcony was big and we enjoyed that.

Cozy little condo on the beach

Great location. A little dated but well maintained. A little tight for 4 people, but we made it work, and being right on the beach was a plus. Overall, the rental was priced right and came with 2 beach chairs, which was nice. Management and check-in was easy!

4th of July getaway

My husband and I stayed there last week with my in-laws for the 4th of July week. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It’s is within walking distance to many restaurants and “watering holes”😉. Treasure Island Beach is absolutely breath taking and sunsets never disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and killer view

Perfect for our three-person family. The view was amazing and this condo is close to everything. The host was easy to work with and quick to resolve the minor issues we had. Definitely would recommend!

Great getaway spot with unobstructed gulf view.

We enjoyed our time here for a girls getaway weekend. Beautiful gulf view with spectacular sunsets. Ample room and very clean. There is a bit of a walk to gulf front. If carrying a lot of equipment to beach, a wagon with larger beach wheels would be recommended. Nice pool and hot tub. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Great place

We had a great visit. Office staff was accommodating. We came in at 1:00am and the code to the lock box was not working. They answered our call and found the right code for us. After traveling all day that was a relief.After two hurricanes they have done well to get the building and grounds back on track.

wonderful 2 week holiday

Loved the location; the condo itself was perfect for 2 and the view---unbelievable. Highest compliments to the on-site staff; they were highly approachable, friendly and efficient. One suggestion- make available a starter's kit of tissues, saran, salt/pepper, sugar, coffee filters, etc., and ensure the floor has been mopped (our feet were black after 5 minutes )

Great location and close to everything you need

We have stayed here 3 times now and we really like the central location. It is great to be able to walk out the beach, one of the local restaurants, or to the store to pick up something. We like the convenience of being able to run back up to the condo for a quick meal and sit on the balcony anytime between activities. The location is well maintained and has just about everything you need. However, the only thing I would suggest is to add a few newer utensils and supplies for preparing food and cooking. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
