Enter the lower door in to a comfortable family/TV room (with a Smart TV). The master bedroom (with a new King bed and a Smart TV) has access to the full tub and stall shower bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms on this level, 2 with queen beds, plus a bunk room with twin over full configuration. Bedding info: Plastic mattress covers, additional normal mattress cover, comforters and pillows/pillowcases. The comforters are all the type one can easily throw in the washer. The laundry area is located in the hallway that leads to the back door (and the outside shower). Owner will leave 4 beach chairs and some beach toys in the outside shed. Upstairs, there’s a bright and cheerful main living space (Smart TV), the dining area (with space saving bench seating), an updated and functional kitchen, a pantry, and an updated bathroom with a new full size stall shower. A small out-cove off of the kitchen is the ideal “work from home” space. This room has windows on 3 sides and a door to the sun deck! Plenty of seating on the 2nd floor deck with a dining table (bench and side chairs), plus a conversation area. This south facing space enjoys all day sun. Alternatively, the mature tree provides comfortable shade over the ground level seating area. 2026- 8/29 week ends on Friday 9/4- rate already adjusted for the 6 nights.
