Nestled on the beautiful and picturesque Lake Miltona, this spacious house offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort for your getaway whether it is for a nearby wedding, wine tasting or just a fun vacay on the lake.

The Main Level
The main level boasts an inviting primary kitchen, ideal for whipping up delicious meals for your friends and family while enjoying a serene view of the lake. From the kitchen step out onto the expansive deck perfect for your morning coffee and a beautiful sunrise, grill your favorite steak or just soak up the sun and enjoy the outdoors and lake views. Relax in the cozy living room boasting a wall of windows or move out to the sitting deck for your favorite drink and beautiful views of the lake. If it's a chilly day you can capture the views from the 4 season sitting room just off the deck. Upon entering the front door you will be greeted with a large game room featuring a pool table, arcade game and a bar table. When ready to retire to the master bedroom enjoy a large private space, plush king bed and private access to the 4 season sitting room. Need to freshen up? The main bathroom and convenient laundry room are just steps away.

Upstairs
Upstairs, you'll find two master size bedrooms, each featuring a king bed, a great room with four king size beds all offering a restful night of sleeping and a peaceful retreat. You will also find a loft and reading area overlooking the living room and more breathtaking views of the lake. There you can unwind, drink coffee, enjoy a peaceful workspace, put together a puzzle play games or enjoy a good book. There is a full bathroom upstairs as well.

Basement
The downstairs area you will find a walk-out basement to the backyard, a theater room, a kitchenette, a workout room, dining area which would be perfect for a friendly poker game, or watch your favorite movie on the 70" big screen TV!

Backyard
The backyard has space for playing and a firepit.

Boat House and lake side
There are 78 steps down to the lakeside where you will find a small sitting deck, private dock, 4 kayaks, stand up paddle board, paddle boat, family floatie, firepit with wood and a boat house. The boathouse has a wall of windows and is a perfect indoor space down by the water for coffee, card games, relaxation or waiting for your turn on the boat.

Swimming
Bring the swimming suits because our lake access is a hard sand shore bottom with no weeds and is great for swimming. Lake Miltona is the clearest and cleanest lake around.

Boating
Bring your own boat! We have a private dock for your boat and the boat launch is 4 minutes away. If you need to rent a boat there are several options just a short drive to Alexandria.
Lake Miltona has 5,725 acres to explore and is the clearest and cleanest lake in the area! Walley, pike, crappie and panfish are all abundant, and the powerful but elusive muskie provide the ultimate challenge. The fishing on Lake Miltona is great all year round!

There is parking in front garage for 6 cars.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have installed exterior security cameras. These are located at the front and back yards and are positioned to monitor entrances and general outdoor areas.
