Large open floor plan with 2 floors and a loft area. The loft has a desk and computer screen. The basement has a wet bar and additional living room space to spread out. There are multiple areas of outdoor deck space, a fire pit area, and a screened-in pavilion for enjoyment. Sit back and take in the breathtaking views of the water all around. The outside features several couches, chairs, and a chaise lounge for relaxing and kicking up your feet. The floating dock has a water mat, some Adirondack chairs, and a table. There is a place to tie up your boat if you bring one with you. The owner`s boat is kept on the lift on the boat slip but there is still room to tie off an additional boat or jet skis.

There is extra parking at the top of the hill.

This is a gated community with lots of privacy.

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels.
