Magnifique maison de 6 chambres à 5 minutes de Duncan Bridge, assise sur un terrain plat et offrant une vue imprenable sur l’eau. Juste une petite promenade du niveau inférieur et vous êtes sur le quai. Pas de marches ni d'inclinaison, parfait pour tous les âges.

Cette maison de 4 200 pieds carrés dispose de 5 grandes chambres dans la maison principale et d'une grande chambre dans la maison d'hôtes indépendante. Beaucoup de fenêtres avec vue. Eau cristalline profonde, avec 190 pieds de rivage sur le chenal principal. Le niveau principal comprend 3 grandes chambres (dont la principale au bord du lac) et 2 salles de bain, des plafonds voûtés, une grande cuisine / salle à manger et une grande buanderie. La salle de bain principale a deux vasques séparées, une grande baignoire et une douche à l’italienne. Le niveau inférieur comprend une grande chambre principale avec salle de bain complète, une chambre avec lits superposés pouvant accueillir 5 personnes, une grande salle de détente / salle de jeux (avec télévision) et une demi-salle de bain. This was the perfect spot for our large family vacation! Beautiful home with great space for family meals and hang outs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Great location on the water. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house had plenty of space for our extended family and had everything we needed. It is situated at a perfect location on Smith Lake. The bedrooms and living areas were super comfortable. We loved that there were no steps to the dock so that all ages could enjoy a boat ride. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing by the lake

Great location just steps to the waters edge without all the steps to the dock. The kids and adults had a wonderful time floating around on floats and the provided lily pad by the dock, paddle boarding, riding the tube, and trying to water ski. S’mores in the evenings around the fire pit. Great meals prepared on the gas grill. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great. Quiet neighborhood. Memories made by all…from age 5 to 75.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re replacing to storm door, and we’re addressing some ongoing issues with the lawn service during a wet summer. Hopefully the early check-in and extra day helped to offset some of this.We truly appreciate you staying with us.

Family Thanksgiving

We had to spend time getting the home ready for us to stay in before our children and their families arrived. Lights wouldn't come on and we had to spend time finding the breaker box to find a breaker had tripped. Ants were an issue and we had to go to the store for ant spray to get them under control. Grounds in the coffee pot were molded and coffee was still in the pot. It was a chore to clean and disinfect for our use. There were several dirty dishes in the cabinets that we had to wash before we could use them. There were no extra towels in case of emergency. We replaced all the light bulbs that were out but many we couldn't reach or there were no bulbs for. The light in the laundry room couldn't be replaced. We couldn't use that room at night. The house itself was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Since we also rent our property through VRBO I know it is the small things that guest reply on and appreciate. In addition, the overall qualityl control of the property was lacking. The owner was slow to respond and didn't seem too concerned with the issues we were having.

We are sorry you encountered these issues. We were in the process of trying to renew another listing on VRBO and VRBO got our Emails confused and they were going to the wrong address. When The guest texted us, we responded immediately and told him where to find the Power Box. Then another text mentioned the ants. Then another text later mentioned some floodlights. Our cleaning lady lives less than 5 minutes away and could have handled these issues if given the chance, but apparently the guest had already taken care of it. We can understand him being upset, but we don’t think he gave us a fair chance to correct them. Our goal is 100% satisfaction which is probably impossible, but we try.

Over the past years we have made it a strong part of our summer to have a family get together. We started with our children. and this year we had a couple of great grandchildren. Covid was the only time we missed our annual get together.Smith Lake is such a beautiful place. Our location this year was great !!!! The layout was so good for our members. Everything was like it was promised to be. We highly recommend it !!!!

Family weekend

The accommodations were very comfortable and the property was well equipped with kitchen ware that made cooking very convenient. House layout worked very well for our group, allowing the biggest family unit to utilize the basement, the couple with the baby to be in the garage apartment away from noise and the remainder on the first floor. Dock and lake access was user friendly.

Summer Fun

Wonderful time! The home was perfect for a big group! Mark, the owner, was so easy to communicate with. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need for cooking! The beds are so comfortable and the AC works great! We loved that it is easy to get to the dock...... no stairs!!!! We will return for sure! I have stayed in alot of houses on Smith Lake and this is my favorite! Katherine

Great family vacation!

Several families get together each year at the lake and this house was one of the best we’ve stayed in. The back deck is great and has a clear view down to the dock so we could watch the kids easily when they were down there. When the water is down the rock ledges on the shoreline turn into great fishing platforms and the deep water around the dock made swimming and jumping in a lot of fun. No complaints, lots of fun!

Fantastic!

This has gone to the top of our list of places to stay at Smith Lake. We do a family vacation at the lake each summer with our kids and grandkids. The house is beautiful and you can tell how much pride the owners have in it. Large family room and kitchen. We loved the master suite and all the mattresses were so comfortable. The dock and lake were so much fun. Beautiful grounds. Everyone loved it!

This house has it all!

We chose this house because it met all of our qualifications. My husband and I, our 3 daughters and their spouses, and 6 grandchildren (ages 6,5,4,3,2,and1!) need 5 bedrooms. This house has so many things that others do not. Boat slip, dock, 2 full size refrigerators, areas for everyone, not to mention a beautiful lake! It was a perfect vacation for all of us.

Space with a view

This was the best house we have stayed in on Smith Lake! All of our family members had their own space. Good privacy from neighbors. Great location. Easy access to the boat house. We had a great family vacation here.

Smith Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the U.S. and lots with no steps to the water are rare on this lake. The property has 191 feet of waterfront, a nice dock with swim platform, and a beautiful wide view of the deep emerald water from most rooms in the house. The house is in a great neighborhood with a free neighborhood boat launch and is convenient to marinas, a grocery store, and banks.
