This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Spacious large home in a country setting, yet only 15 miles to downtown Savannah. Located in the heart of Rincon, GA, this vacation home is only a 20 minute drive to downtown Savannah. Clean and pristine. All newer furnishings and bedding. Easily accommodates large parties with 4 full bedrooms, 2 twin beds, two queen beds and one king bed. Plus ample living space with large sofa, loveseat, chair.

Great place

I had a wonderful stay at this house! It was spotless and well-maintained, with a neat and welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. It’s a great place to relax and feel at home. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Five stars!

This home met my family's needs perfectly. The owner is communicative and responsive. The home is located in a nice neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. The pictures posted are accurate.

Family Vacation

Several family households came here for vacation & time together, ages 33 to 83. It fit well, we were pleased with the nice quiet neighborhood & everything needed close by. Our host was quick to respond to all questions or needs.

Property needs some TLC and upgrades. Clothes in closets and personal items in bathroom drawers was a turn off. Needs some deep cleaning. Cobwebs in light fixture above dining table and other places. Twin beds were not made up, extra bedding in hall closet was in a pile on the floor.

We were a family of 2 adults and a family of 4 adults there for a wedding in Rincon. The location was great for the wedding and a reasonable commute to the airport and city. Nice quiet residential neighborhood. Key code made it easy for people to come and go without hassles. Kitchen and refrigerator is large with very basic cooking and eating utinsils. Nothing fancy, certainly not overstocked. We did basic breakfast cooking only. Might be challenged to make and serve a full dinner for 6 or more people. Bedrooms and bathrooms adequate. Bedding is microfiber which was not compatible with those suffering from peri menopausal symptoms, especially with hot, humid weather.The space was clean,quiet, felt safe, spacious, convenient. No frills, and nothing special but certainly aqdequate and far better than being crammed in a noisy hotel.

Spacious & messy

Spacious house in lovely quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive to my messages& questions. However there is def room for improvement. Inappropriate art throughout the house topless mermaids and man in underwear. Also closets had variety personal items clothing, family pictures, etc. Linen closet was a total disaster , not organized and everything just shoved in there so had hard time finding clean linens. Home was not clean; kitchen trash wasn’t emptied, master bath wasn’t clean and back yard was a complete hazard with tree brush/branches scattered so dog and kids couldn’t play safely . Patio furniture randomly tossed and upside down. Pet friendly but no food/water bowls. Host should have warned about yard issues and offered a discount for the rental not being properly cleaned and ready for renters. Would not stay there again.

Just okay

We traveled in for a soccer tournament and chose this house in Rincon based proximity to 2 field locations. Arriving at almost midnight the day of check-in, I spent a hour vacuuming and wiping down counters. There was food spillage on the kitchen counters, the refrigerator shelves and doors were dirty, & the floors were gross. Judging from the piles of unfolded laundry in the garage and toiletries in the primary bathroom - it would appear someone lives here full-time and hastily moved their belongings before we checked in. **The entire house needs a professional deep clean.** The front door lock did not work (which the owner provided a workaround only after we contacted him), the ice maker didn’t work and the primary bathroom sink was clogged. The backyard was a mess with downed tree limbs due to the recent hurricane. The location was just what we needed however we would not return to rent in the future due to the above mentioned concerns.
