Welcome to "The Perky Pineapple Raleigh”!

Come relax in our very well appointed home. No stairs, all one floor. Two king bedrooms. Minutes to everything, peaceful and centrally-located.

Home has 2 reserved parking spots - both are numbered with the house number. If additional parking is needed, guest spots are labeled Guest and found around the neighborhood.

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $160 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.

2 outdoor cameras for safety, one doorbell, one rear facing away from home.

No free early check-in or late check-out offered. $25/hr if available. May not know availability until day before/day of. Payment required in advance.

Everything was exactly as promoted and very clean. This vrbo is perfect for small families or couples. Close to mall and a few shopping centers with plenty food spots. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot!

The place was extremely clean, good location, quiet and safe neighborhood. I will say the bed was crazy comfortable. Great communication with the host and this home had all you need for a home feel type of retreat.

Great place!

Two couples shared the Perky Pineapple for 3 nights - great location - quick car ride to everything we needed. The place is cozy and clean and we had an excellent time chilling. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

I rented this property for my mom for 3 weeks. She loved this rental so much she is already planning a return trip! It is so nicely renovated and had cute little touches. The host was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The location is wonderful as well, being close to almost anything you need. Highly recommend the Perky Pineapple.

Perfect home away from home for a long weekend catching up with our NC State freshman. We are from out of state and didn’t know what to expect - Perky Pineapple was exactly what we needed! Comfortable, clean, thoughtfully appointed, safe neighborhood for morning strolls, easy to work remotely and take video calls at the desk or on the patio during weekdays, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and getting to campus and to the football game. Hall bathroom with walk in shower was our preferred choice, loved having a kitchen to bake, grill on patio, and a full size washer/dryer for the “laundry fairy” to help our college kid. Will return!

Clean, new, and spacious

We are very satisfied with this apartment. Everything looks new and clean. And it doesn't have any old-house smell. There are two beds in one room and one bed in another room. A two-people dinner table in the kitchen, a six-people dinner table in the living room, and another table in the patio at the back with lights if you like to eat outside. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with warm and nice people, and is within walking distance to a grocery store. We enjoyed taking a walk after dinner.

We fell in love the first time we saw this neighborhood. It is SO quiet and adorable. You would not realize you are right in the middle of everything. Tons of trees and privacy from the Raleigh hustle and bustle.
