Other Things to Note:
This boat slip and dock area of this property are impacted by seasonal water levels. Between Labor Day and Memorial Day there is a water level reduction that creates low water levels and boat access, swimming, and water use from the dock is limited. At the lowest levels which can be 6-12 inches of water - boat access is not possible .
