A private dock with boat slip provides breezy access to the water as you spend your days immersed in the lifestyle only lake living can provide. Soak up the plentiful sun on the patio or find relief from the heat on the shaded deck, both offering comfortable outdoor seating for spending time catching up with loved ones.

Accompanying the peace and tranquility of the water are the popular nearby attractions of Backwater Jacks, The Encore Lakeside Grill and Sky Bar, and Dog Days Bar and Grill where you can sample the local cuisine or enjoy a waterside cocktail. You can enjoy exciting activities such as bowling and axe throwing down the road in Lauri and with a variety of restaurants in all directions, there is always something fun to do. The bridge transporting you to Osage Beach is within easy reach, and in no time at all you can be at the Osage Beach & Bagnall Dam Strip where you can stop at scenic overlooks for panoramic views of this stunning area.

Inside the home, soaring ceilings sit atop spaces illuminated in natural light, with cozy furnishings and chic décor setting the stage for relaxation and connectivity. Curl up in the living room to stream episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV, with access to the deck organically blending indoor and outdoor life together. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the lower level living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, 2 twin size beds, and a smart TV.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This is a non-smoking home.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles along with room for a boat trailer.
• Rental includes an EV charger for your convenience and eco-friendly travel needs
• The property has a one well dock located in front of the house that is available for guest use for the duration of your stay. Please note that the boat slip is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat or PWC while on the dock.
• The Dock is located on the main channel and the water can get rough on weekends and holidays during the busy season. Please use caution when using the dock
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras. The first is mounted under the eve of the house on the front porch, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is mounted under the eve of the house on the side deck, actively monitoring the side deck and front door. The third doubles as the doorbell, mounted on the main door and actively monitoring the area immediately in front of the main door. The fourth is mounted on the lower deck, actively monitoring the dock.

• Please be respectful of the neighborhood and leave the property in the condition found
• Please note that overnight guests should not surpass the property's maximum occupancy, or the guest count specified in the booking
• We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water
