This home is a short walk to beaches along Nantucket Sound: Raycroft Beach (.3 mile) and Sea Street Beach (.5 mile). This one level home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living area and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This home boasts three comfortable bedrooms and an additional three season porch, great for screened in dining.

Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and enclosed outside shower. Fenced in grassy rear yard with comfortable outside seating, gas grill and firepit! This home is sure to be a great vacation spot perfect for any group.

The description of this beautiful vacation home was accurate and perfect for our group of five, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. A highlight for the teens was the big yard and the fire pit. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house so much. 10 minute walk to sea street beach as well as sundae school and wee packet.The house had a great condition with plenty of space, beautiful fenced in yard with tons of room for the kids to run around and a great fire pit to get cozy around at night. Very happy to have stayed here and would do it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely very modern cottage a short walk from dennisport Nantucket sound beaches and the legendary sundae school. It is very modern so I suspect it must have been renovated recently. It was lovely. Large yard with outdoor shower, built in firepit, a fire table, outdoor couch, Weber grill, and full table which was not pictured when I rented but fantastic. We loved the little screened in porch as well. There is a very wide driveway which was ideal for my group with 4 cars. The kitchen has every pot, dish and utensil you could need to cook dinner and they have lots of beach toys and chairs ect to borrow for the beach too. The house was very clean. Checking/checkout was easy. I can’t think of anything that would have made this rental better. Would definitely rent again!
