Family Fun! Deeded beach access! Relax @Haigis Beach

Grab the beach cart and in just 3 minutes you can walk to Haigis beach! Kids can swing on the swing set or build a sand castle in the sand - beach cart and toys provided! Want some quiet time? You have access to a private beach right next door. No need to pack up the car and deal with parking, you have the beach right at your finger tips. If you just feel like hanging out, you can sit back, relax and read a book in the front screened in porch or fill the Coleman cooler after a day at the beach and enjoy a cold beverage. Clean off at the end of the day in the outdoor shower. Play some corn hole out back with the family! This 1960's Cape has some of it's original charm with many recent updates. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, middle bedroom a full size bed and a twin daybed. Front bedroom has two twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have new AC units in the windows. The spacious living room has ample seating to hang out with family, grab a board game from the TV console or just sit back and watch a Netflix movie on the new 65" flat screen tv. There is an additional full size pull out couch in the living room too, so could fit 7 people if needed. Feel like being active, take a bike ride to Woolfies Bakery for a sweet treat. Less than 1 mile drive from Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor and the DogHouse restaurants. Just over a mile to Sundae School the best ice cream around!!

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay at “two buoys” — the location is perfect, especially for a family as it’s so close to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and we slept well, with the neighborhood being quiet in the evenings. The patio and yard alike were beloved for corn hole and meals outside. An adorable cottage where we made sweet memories!

Great Family Home

We had a great stay. The location was very close to the beach and plenty of things to do in the area. The street is quiet and the kids rode scooters up and down without issue. The house itself had all we needed and was very clean. Would be great to stay again next year.

Very nice stay

The home was clean and as pictured in the listing. Communication was easy. The AC worked great and the beds were comfy. Loved how close to the beach it was and that we could walk to get ice cream. Also loved that there was a beach cart and toys etc. The yard was perfect for our toddler. Lots of birds and bunnies.

Perfect Cape Home

Really enjoyed this property! Short distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Spacious private back yard, great outdoor seating for meals. Inside is well appointed. The AC units in the bedrooms for the really hot days was a bonus. Definitely will rent again.

Amazing Family Vacation

Loved everything about this house, had everything we needed and so much space for the 6 of us (4 adults and two kids) to spread out. We sat in the family room after dinner every night and played games, it was such an easy and short walk to the beach. Bedrooms were perfect for us, and loved the seating outside, especially the front porch. I watched the kids ride bikes up and down the street from the porch on the quiet street. We can't wait to stay again next year, thank you so much.

Great Stay in Dennis

Our family of four had a great stay in Dennis. House was very clean and very well equipped. More than enough room for all of us. Beach is a block away - it’s small but a great size for small kids. Great location for access to other parts of mid cape as well. Hosts were very easy to get ahold of!

My 2 boys (along with their 2 friends) and I stayed at Two Bouys. The property was exactly as described/pictured. The house is super cute. Great location. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Home and Location

Dina was so responsive to any questions. The house is in a perfect location down the street from several beaches. I have never stayed at a place where the owner was so considerate with quality amenities. Also great perk to have a beach wagon, wave boards, chairs and more. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful week with family. Gina and Mark pay special attention to all the important little things that made our vacation week so enjoyable. The kitchen is well appointed and has all the “gadgets” you need. We enjoyed our morning coffee and cocktails on the porch, the outdoor dining, use of the grill, and beach items in the shed. It was also nice to watch the Olympics on any of the 3 TVs, and the beds were super comfortable. Dina is very responsive to all questions, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Cozy cottage by the beach

We had a fantastic week at Two Buoys. Prior to our arrival, Dina was available for info and questions. She also provided a great welcome packet. Once we arrived, we found everything as described. More than enough room for our family of 4, including 2 teenage girls. It's an easy and quick walk to either the private or public beach. Great restaurants and fish markets are only a short drive away. Will definitely return on our next trip to the Cape!

Just Perfect!!My family has been coming to the Cape every summer for 20 years. This stay was truly amazing! The house is wonderfully appointed. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for a family of 6 with mostly adult children! We enjoyed morning coffee on the front closed in porch, delicious BBQ on the outside deck, family game night in the kitchen, and movie night in the spacious living room! Close to restaurants and ice cream and the beach!! My 81 year old mother-in-law loved being able to easily walk to the beach whenever she wanted to go:) If you’re on the fence about booking a stay, do it!! You won’t regret it! Already booked our return trip for next summer! Thank you Dina and Mark!

Best vacation!

This was one of our best family vacations! The house was clean and provided plenty of room (inside & out) for our family of 6. The home was so warm and inviting, fully stocked, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our nights on the deck, and then all slept well in the comfortable beds! The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk across the street every day to the swings and to the beach. We were central in getting to several of the surrounding towns. Awesome restaurants within walking distance. This was our 1st vacation rental that our kids referred to as “home”. It couldn’t have been better!

Perfect location

Our stay was great. The house was perfect for my husband and I, our two young adult children and two family friends. The house was super clean! Beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed corn hole in the back yard after dinner and the outdoor shower was super useful for our after beach showers!!! The location to the beach was amazing! A quick walk and your at the beach!!! We also enjoyed kayaking and riding bikes along the rail trail. Close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were awesome! We had some trouble with the grill one night, and Mark came down the next day and fixed the issue! We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the cape!

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed a wonderful week. When arriving the home was very clean and had lots of storage for us to unpack. The kitchen was filled with a variety of appliances, dish ware, etc. It was very nice to have AC in the bedrooms, and also portable fans where needed. We enjoyed morning coffee in the screen room, lunch on the deck, and wine in the Adirondack Chairs. Walks to the beach were quick and easy, with very little traffic to navigate. Proximity of this home to restaurants, ice cream, and scenic spots was perfect. Dina was extremely responsive and very helpful. Plan to stay again next year.

Hello, My husband Mark and I grew up in Massachusetts and live in Milton, MA with our two boys who are 10 and 9. My husband is in the food sales industry and I work in HR for a biotechnology company. We have always wanted a vacation property, a place close enough to escape the daily grind, relax and enjoy time as a family. Most importantly a place we could build memories before the boys were out of the house. We purchased this property in the fall and made some cosmetic updates, so we could enjoy and share this experience with others this summer.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property is located just 1/10th of a mile (3 min walk) to the beach. No hassles to find beach parking, just pull the beach cart to the beach! Ride your bike, to Woolfie's bakery or drive (3 minutes) for a delicious breakfast. If you don't feel like cooking or grilling at the house, some of our favorite places to eat are located just less than a mile away from the property (Chapin's Fish'n Chips, The Rooftop at the Pelham House Resort, the DogHouse). If you want the best ice cream, drive just 1.3 miles to Sundae School for a sweet treat!
