The beach is one of the best in Las Conchas. Great shelling right out in front of the house. The Master has a new Temperpedic mattress. Guest tell me it is the best mattress they have slept on. Of course it helps to listen to the ocean waves as you fall asleep. I have the same families return year after year. Thanks for making Serenity Sands your favorite! I love guest that treat my home with love.

Those last-minute bookings are fabulous getaways. After this last year of lockdown, it is so freeing to have the whole beach to yourself. Enjoy the sands, sea, birds, dolphins, beach life at Serenity Sands! Come on down. You will not be disappointed.

There is an abundance of sea life in the back yard! In January the whales are in to give birth to their babies. They can easily be seen from the veranda. Something different is always going on in the sea and on the beach!

There is plenty of bottled water in 5 gallon jugs that you can use to refill you water bottles with.If something is not working I try to get it addressed as soon as I am notified. The ice maker ice needs to be put in the freezer after it is made. The ice maker does not keep it frozen.

Going to the Oyster Farm is one of my favorite things to do. We take all the the fixings to make Oyster Rockefeller, our own salads and drinks. It is such a fun day. Hearing from my guests and your experiences help other guest when they come to visit. I also love my new Temperpedic King size bed.

The gate opener is kept in the house. They had to go through the man gate, open the front door to get the gate opener. I was called when they got to the front door and I gave them the code. There is a closet filled with 20 towels and hand towels in the laundry room. The woven chair must have rotted through when they were there. I had 2 new ones delivered. My property manager lives 10 miles away and also manages several other properties, she was busy every day all day, making things happen, so were my neighbors and workers. I just installed fiber optics and there was also a power outage in certain sections. Mexico is still a 3rd world county and services are not always reliable. I just returned and there were 2 vegetable peelers in the drawer and 2 cast iron skillets under the oven in the storage for pans. When the dryer would not heat up I ordered a new one. Before delivering the new washer and dryer the delivery people were supposed to call, but they never did. I would never ask my guest to hang out all day for delivery. There is no sense in having a security gate if anyone can just flip a switch and open it. Maintenance was there in 30 minutes to open the gate. I have spent 16 years remodeling and improving my villa. I was amazed at how fast everyone responded to their needs, as they were still in lockdown from covid! My neighbors even welcomed them into their home every day so she could continue to run her business. I still stand by the fact my home is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained on the beach! I try my hardest and so do my employees to do their best!
