I love this place for the price and location. Great spot for multiple groups of people. Each has own bathroom. Great pool and lounge areas. Staff is attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property & great service

The communication & any interaction with the front desk was amazing, very helpful and friendly! The place was amazing as well - loved having a bathroom in each bedroom. Also loved that the French Quarter was a quick 5-10 min walk.

Great Location Great Property

We stayed here for a family wedding and it could not been any nicer. The location to anything in the CBD, French Quarter, Warehouse District or Garden District is great. The unit is perfect for a family or other group. All the staff was nice and very helpful.

Perfect alternative to a hotel

Building was impeccably maintained. Each bedroom had its own bathroom en-suite which makes everyone comfortable, meanwhile the shared living space was perfect. The pool and hot tubs were nice and clean and my daughter loved that she could go swimming this time of year.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect!! We were a good of 10 adults and we had plenty of room. It is just like the pictures. It was close to everything in the French Quarter & the WWII museum. The staff was great!!! Check in was easy. I would definitely recommend!!

Perfect place for group stays

The location of this unit is PERFECT! You're like a 10 minute walk from anything you could possibly need to reach. The management was super friendly and helpful. They exceeded my expectations in everyway. Would absolutely recommend and return here.

Perfect Spot for your NOLA Visit

From start to finish, my experience with the Natchez was exceptional. Customer service was outstanding from booking through check out. The property itself was wonderful. We had 8 adults and stayed in a 4-bedroom unit. The beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be recommending The Natchez to anyone who travels to NOLA.

We booked the 4 bedroom 4 bath unit. It was clean, fully stocked and comfortable. Place id central to everything didnt need a rental car. Staff was amazing and respond via text less than 5 mins. Check in and check out was easy and they held our bags after check out so we can atill ecplore the city until we were ready to head to the airport.

The Natchez-Louisiana

My family and I wanted to be within walking distance of The French Quarter. Of course safety and dining is also at the top of our list. We did not use the pool, however we did check it out and it is wonderful ! The Natchez met all our needs! We also recommended “Mother’s” restaurant. It’s very good and only a couple blocks from The Natchez. We will stay here again!

Overall the stay was pleasant. Only drawback was that the dishes were not clean and the heat did not work throughout the night. The common areas are drafty. Had to place a towel at the door to keep cold out
