The Great Beach Retreat -The Grecian House. - Fall Dates Open

Book today, Summer stays available. Located west of HWY 158 in the heart of the Outer Banks. Step inside this spacious, calming, well appointed home with a fully equipped kitchen, large screen TV's in every room, comfortable bedding, and relaxing living room furnishings. Come spend your beach stay at "The Grecian House". This home brings calm to your stay with a sea of blue colors. Located short distance to the beach and sound side access. No Pets Allowed. Sleeps 6
Our guest will have the entire upstairs level of our home and deck. Featuring 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Living Room, Full Kitchen, and Dining Area. Just 1/2 mile to the nearest beach access with parking, we are located west side of HWY 158 close to the beautiful sound with breathtaking sunsets. Boat access nearby for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, crabbing, fishing and more. Bring your camera as the wildlife is abundant. The Public Beach Access featuring Public Parking, Restrooms, Showers, and Handicap access. Also, just 1 block away is a children's park and playground located on Hayman Blvd. We are a Duplex with a 1 Bedroom Apartment downstairs occupied.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with linens and beds made service. Towels, microfiber sheets, blankets, mattress pads, pillow and stylish quilts are provided. We provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper in the bathrooms, dish liquid for kitchen with 2 pods for dishwasher to get you started.

Parking is available for 3 vehicles. We ask that you park on the left side 2 spaces and 1 in the middle saving the far right for the guest in the private 1 bedroom Suite downstairs.

We are a Pet Free and Smoke Free Home due to Allergies of the host. These policy's are firm.

Guest Access to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths upstairs unit - 2 Parking Spaces on the left of the driveway and 1 in the middle. Top floor Porch with seating for an quiet moment.

Great Beach Retreat was GREAT!

My family and I really enjoyed the beautiful beach house. Everything was as described and photographed. Our host, Barbara was very attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. We highly recommend this property.

Our first visit to OBX - we wanted a relaxing beach vacation. Kill Devil Hills turned out to be a great choice - centrally located, close to the beach and plenty of great restaurants to choose from. The Grecian House was very comfortable and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and close to a great walking path. Plenty of shopping in the area, so super convenient. While there is a second unit on the property, we never heard them and only saw them a few times.

This was pur first time vacationing in NC and we had the best time!Our family loved the house and would for sure stay there again! It is beautifully and tastefully decorated with super comfy reclining sofas in the living room and lots of space for our family of four.The kitchen is open and bright with a huge table that's great for family dinners and game nights. There's even more seating at the counter. The location is perfect! Just where you want to be because it's quiet but close to everything with lots of public beach access nearby. Our host was amazing and answered every question quickly! Thank you so much for a great vacation!!! :)
