Hébergement: Construit en 2007 - 3 chambres, 2 bains avec salle bonus. (6 couchages) King, queen, lits pyramidaux et un lit futon dans la chambre bonus. 4 téléviseurs HD. 55,50 et 2 32. 1 DVD et chaîne stéréo pour la maison.


Venez séjourner au cœur des Outer Banks. Profitez de l'intimité dans une rue calme avec un terrain boisé d'un côté. Le pont supérieur donne sur la grande cour arrière fermée qui comprend un pont inférieur et une douche extérieure. La maison est équipée de chaises de plage, vélos, fers à cheval, golf d'échelle, baby-foot, table de ping-pong et un barbecue au charbon. Fermer le passage pour piétons à la plage surveillée.

Près des magasins, de bons restaurants OBX (beaucoup à distance de marche) et de nombreux points chauds locaux avec des groupes live. La réserve voisine de Nags Head Woods est la plus grande forêt maritime de la côte est et possède un grand centre d'accueil avec de nombreux sentiers. Vous serez à une courte distance en voiture du Wright Brothers Memorial, de l'aquarium de Caroline du Nord, du parc d'État de Jockeys Ridge, de Manteo et des jetées de pêche. Cape Hatteras Point (phare) est à moins de 90 minutes et le centre de pêche de l'Oregon Inlet est à seulement 20 minutes.

Pas de location le week-end en juin, juillet ou août. Pendant la basse saison, les tarifs sont également disponibles pour les week-ends. Trois jours minimum le week-end en avril, mai, septembre et octobre. Toutes les locations à la semaine sont du vendredi au vendredi.

Perfect location, small 5 minute drive to the beach and tons of parking if you get there early. House has a great layout and tons of room if you have a growing family like we do. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when vacationing in OBX

Wonderful beach house

We really enjoyed our stay, this house has everything and then some!! The location is great, the neighborhood was so quiet it was like being in the country. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and we would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

My husband and I have stayed at Matt’s place a few times and it’s always a very relaxing place to stay. There is a comfy king-sized bed, cable TV, well-supplied kitchen and of course we love the bikes and ping pong. Oh, and it also has beach chairs and umbrella. We recommend staying here!

Great location. Fantastic house

This house is amazing. Awesome layout. The kids can be on the first floor while the parents have a great bedroom upstairs. Everything you need is nearby. The owners are great to deal with as well.

Wonderful time

This house was a delight! My husband and I truly enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean, the place is decorated nicely and great attention to detail with things being labeled so makes it easy to find things. Love that the place included beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and ping pong table. Great location, great place!

My family and I love this place. It was spotless upon arrival. The location of it is awesome. Nice neighborhood close to everything you need. The house is perfectly located as a launching point for all of your OBX adventures. The owner is great to deal with as well.

Another great stay!

Another great stay in kill devil hills. This was our second time to the house and certainly does not disappoint. The house has everything that you would need. Very short drive to any of the beach access parking lots. Close to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We will be back again soon!

Great property!

This house is exactly as described. Check in was extremely easy and the house was spotless! It is in the heart of KDH with tons of restaurants and shops around. It is a short drive to the beach. There are multiple lots along beach road to park in so that was no problem at all. We will definitely be renting here again!
