Our beautiful condo is just a short walk to Weirs Beach and within a 10 minute drive of everything! Located near a variety of restaurants, a charming lakeside boardwalk, the famous Funspot gaming arcade, mini-golf, a true drive-in movie theater, supermarkets, hiking, boating and more! Our condo accommodates up to six guests with two full baths, two bedrooms, and a pull-out couch. The condo association features an updated pool with bbq grilling area, tennis courts, laundry, kids playground, private parking and more. Bonus! ... just a quick drive from both Gunstock Ski Resort and Bank of NH Pavilion (fantastic Meadowbrook Concert venue).

The Condo is very clean comfortable beds and the owner is very nice and he even got us an earlier check in and later check out time definitely will be returning again next year Also location is close to wears beach and kellerhaus ice cream place

We had a great time and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the poolWas wonderful! Communication with Scott couldn't have been easier and he was very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location—just a short walk to Weirs Beach and close to all the attractions. The view from the room was amazing, and the owner was always easy to reach and very helpful. I didn’t expect to bring my own things like a hair dryer and shampoo, but aside from that, everything made for a really enjoyable stay!

Convenient location.

This was the perfect place for a home base. We came down for a concert and the condo exceeded all expectations. Would definitely recommend… it is conveniently located to everything and quiet. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Condo was very clean and coinvent to all activities in area. Be prepared you need to bring anything and everything for your stay, beyond sheets and towels. I'm used to at least having some basics in kitchen( sugar, salt, pepper etc) to use.

Overall satisfied

There was only 2 coffee cups. My wife commented there was no dish rack. For the price it needs to be completed as it seemed it was under repairs but not noted in rental. In the welcome notes it was stated we needed to sweep. Again for the price i believe it should be on the cleaner .The owner was very responsive. Great views of the lake and a nice quiet complex very close to everything.

As a 3 generation family we found the accommodations absolutely wonderful! Clean, up to date style, that was both comfortable and appealing. I can’t stress enough how perfect everything was! One of our favorite times of the day was sitting out in the balcony taking in the lake view and mountains.All in all a perfect stay with an attentive host!Highly recommend!!
