Our condo boasts ample space, featuring two king beds and a queen aero bed. The balcony overlooking a small pond offers a breathtaking view to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. You don't have to worry about a thing as our condo is fully equipped with all the amenities you could ever need. From heating and A/C to a pack-n-play, linens, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a Keurig drip coffee/kcup combo, we have you covered.

The prime location of the condo makes it an ideal vacation spot. You can walk to Weirs Beach and the pier, where you can savor delectable ice cream at Kellerhaus and shop for local souvenirs. Our guests have access to a gated saltwater pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts, and onsite laundry facilities.

The central location of the condo in Laconia makes it a perfect hub to explore the Lakes Region. You can explore shopping, dining, a drive-in theater, and much more within a short distance. Whether you visit in the summer or winter, there is something for everyone. In summer, indulge in the indoor arcade, bowling alley, go-carts, and miniature golf at the Fun Spot located just down the street. We had a great stay and would come back again!! The condo is a perfect size for a small family. The beds are comfortable, it’s great to have 2 bathrooms and the living space was perfect as well. Loved the location, so close to Weirs Beach attractions! Thanks for a memorable trip!

Everything was satisfactory!! Had some issues with wifi bit was fixed fast!!! Was a great stay!

Comfortable beds, good showers and very clean. Not noise proof but it wasn't a problem. A little surprised that we had to take out the trash and wash the dishes. Overall a good place for a night.

Great spot, close to the beach, but not too close. Stayed off season to attend an event at funspot arcade. Price was great. Rooms were good size and everything was clean and tastefully decorated. Wi-Fi worked great. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

Condo was in a great location right off the main drag 2 minutes from concert venue. Only in town for 1 night but the place was clean and well appointed, everything we needed at hand. Great place to stay when in the area.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and owner was very responsive. Owner even left out bottles of water and snacks, which was great. This condo is also in a very convenient location near Weirs beach, Kellerhaus and Fun Spot.

Good rate and comfortable lodging

We enjoyed our stay and used our condo as a launching pad for our daily excursions. The unit was a bit run-down, but comfortable and spacious. The pool area had several umbrella tables to sit and relax at the end of the day. Saw a show at the nearby Bank of NH Pavillion and had a GREAT get-away with friends!!

Short trip

We stayed here overnight to go to a concert in Gilford. It’s a super close drive to the bank of nh Pavillion and really close to weirs beach where we went for coffee in the morning. It was clean and simple and cute!

Thank you for the stay, nice and clean and very close to the concert. Had troubles with the passcode but Britine was very responsive and replied immediately with the new code. It was great having the snacks and water in the morning. Highly recommend!

Nice Place

This condo was a great choice. It was very clean, updated and in a perfect location. The beds and couch are huge and very comfortable. Condo comes equipped with everything you need. They even leave bottled water and a variety of snacks for you. Britnie responds to all questions and concerns immediately, which is always nice. Definitely would stay here again.
