Perfect Stay

This place was perfect for our two week stay in Sarasota. It was so clean and comfortable. Loved having coffee on the Lanai in the morning and wine during sunset. The condo was also close to restaurants and shops, along with a short drive to the many beaches. The downtown area is lovely and the airport is about a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next year.

More than i expected

The property looked very nice on line and it was even more impressive in person. The host met me personally and was very nice. Always available for any questions. My children visited for a couple days and the condo is located 4 miles away. Convenient to downtown and one of my favorite beaches. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area!

Home Away From Home

Our stay was wonderful. There was four of us (two couples) and the size of the condo was perfect for us. It allowed two separate sleeping spaces with each having their own bathroom which was great! The condo was very nicely set up with big walk in closets filled with so many extra possible needed things that made our stay so much easier. Everything from beach chairs/towels to a cooler to beach bags to extra linen to a fully stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer right off the kitchen was one of my highlights so we didn’t have to come home with any dirty clothes! Julie was very easy to communicate with and left excellent easy check in instructions. The week we had in Florida visiting family was excellent and the rental just made it so much easier for us! I would highly recommend this rental and Julie!

We had an amazing time in this spotless condo.Everything was great,kitchen had everything what you needed. A lot of new towels !There are plenty of space , a living room ,2 big bedrooms ,2 bathrooms and nice balcony with the pool view.You feel like you are at your own home! The resort is beatifful, pool and grounds are gorgeous.Its very quiet area so you can enoy so much! Julie,the host was lovely and very communicative !She gave us a few good tips.Mexican restaurant its a must just few minutes away!Sunset at Siesta Key Beach and Anna Maria Island were approximately 20-35 minutes away Thank you so much for having us and for a wonderfull week at Sarasota area! We recommend this condo to everyone and yes ,definitely we would love to comeback one day! Thank you again!!!

Mit die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir gebucht hatten.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Waschmaschine, Trockner sowie Spülmaschine benutzten wir reichlich. Das war bisher die beste Ferienanlage, die wir je gebucht hatten. Es war ein schöner Pool sowie ein Fitnessstudio zur allgemeinen Nutzung vorhanden. Das Areal ist abgeschlossen und durch 2 Tore erreichbar. Man fühlt sich hier sehr sicher. Die Vermieterin und der Hausmeister sind sehr nett. Anfragen werden sofort zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und das Ein- sowie Auschecken sehr problemlos. Da werden wir sicher wieder buchen.
