The Blue Pearl Beach House is a 3 level beach home only three houses down from the beach access! Family and friends can enjoy 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and open concept living and dining area. Nestled in the middle of the island with beach access visible from the property it is so close, the Blue Pearl Beach House is the perfect accommodation for families looking to simply walk out to the beach with their belongings and get some relaxation! There are 2 levels of outdoor decks to enjoy with a propane bbq grill and outdoor seating. Additionally, guests have access to beach chairs and umbrellas in the mudroom connected to the garage. Please note the listing address will take you to the front side of the home. There is a private road on the other side of the property to access additional parking and the garage.

The property was in a fantastic location, and the management company was wonderful to work with, very responsive and easy to communicate with.A few areas for improvement: the living room furniture is quite worn, and the chairs were noticeably dirty. The laundry machine had a strong mildew smell, so unfortunately we weren’t able to do laundry during our stay. The air conditioning also couldn’t be set below 70F and was programmed to rise back up to 76F several times throughout the day (around 11am, 3pm, 6:30pm, and 11:30pm). This was tough since we were traveling with a newborn and couldn’t adjust the thermostat due to a passcode lock. We were also unable to use the TV upstairs due to a code lock too. Overall we still enjoyed our stay, would try a different property through the same property management company next time.

Great great location. Stairs made it a bit hard when traveling with little ones. Overall could have done with some deeper cleaning. The couches on the main floor living were extremely dingy and stained and need a good cleaning. But communication was great and we ended up extending our stay for an extra night due to some unforeseen circumstances snd they were good about communication to allow it.

Family Vacation 2025

Had a great stay, only issues we had was the washing machine kept giving my wife errors when washing clothes and the burner on the left side of the stove top did not work on high.Enjoyed our time and will come back.

Great beach house

3 houses from the beach with direct beach access on that street made spending time in the sand and water easy and enjoyable. The house is amazing! Outdoor shower that even has hot water made cleaning off sand very easy. A mile drive to the restaurants and shops by the Tybee pier, and about 2 blocks from Tybee Memorial Park, wish was an awesome park that the kids loved. The house was set up perfectly, and we cooked several meals there over the weekend. There was a small issue with the battery on the keyless entry on one door, but the property manager was there in 30 min to resolve. Great house, gracious hosts, and good communicating. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if possible!

Weekend get away

Property was super cute and very close to everything on Tybee including beach! A little trouble with the lock on front and back door but the property manager came over at check in to help me with the doors. They are a keypads and may need to be replaced.

Girls trip treasure

The Blue Pearl Beach House was a wonderful place to stay on Tybee. Very close to the beach, beautiful home with lots of space. The house has three levels, lots of stairs, but that was not a problem for our group. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this place for a girl's trip, or family vacation.
