Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

The house was perfect for our family of five and small dog. Everything was clean, the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, the grill worked great one evening, the porch was great for relaxing, and the hot tub was a great addition as well. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Single Family Home in Ocean City

We rented this beautiful property for the Holidays. It was was perfect for our family. It has plenty of room for everyone and the two tv rooms were a big bonus! The furnishings were gorgeous and the house had everything we could ask for! We had ten people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The office off of the primary bedroom was a fantastic addition as it was used by a family member who had to work remotely. John was very responsive and communicated with us even on Christmas Day. I hope to book this house again in the future. Thanks of a great week!

This property was above and beyond our highest expectation. Top of the line from the top to the bottom . Outside and in. I have targeted it for every trip to ocean city!!!!!
