Superbe emplacement au 870 Third Street, 1er étage. Ceci est une toute nouvelle maison de plage Ocean City située sur un bloc de plage au nord. Personnalisé construit pour mélanger l'ancien et le nouveau. Aucun détail n'a été oublié. Cuisine incroyable avec des finitions haut de gamme. Superbes armoires blanches et planchers de bois franc. Lumineux et aéré. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir! Il s'agit d'un 3 chambres, 2 unités de bain avec parking dans la rue.

Commencez votre journĂ©e par une promenade le long du trottoir, arrĂȘtez-vous pour prendre un cafĂ© et des beignets de gĂąteaux tout frais cuits au four chez Browns. Profitez d'une promenade facile jusqu'Ă  la plage, revenez Ă  la maison et rincez-vous dans la douche extĂ©rieure et profitez de la soirĂ©e sur le grand porche. C'est parfait pour parler, manger et se dĂ©tendre. Tout est Ă  distance de marche de notre maison - promenade, terrains de jeux, courts de tennis et magasins. This is such a wonderful place to stay. A great location, great accommodations, a block off the ocean and boardwalk. We’ve stayed here several times Spring and fall when it’s not particularly busy. Melissa’s house is very inviting, perfect for a couple looking to unwind or to bring the grandkids along. Melissa is great to communicate with. We look forward to returning.

Great place! 100% as pictured and the description is completely accurate. Melissa was very responsive, although to be honest, the place was perfect and we didn't need anything from her after check-in. The furniture, including the beds, and decorations are as if she lives in the house. No rental feel, at all. Great location. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk! Great street, too. We would stay again, for sure!!

My family and I (me, my husband, and two kids) had a great stay! The house was well taken care of, updated, clean, and in a great location! It had all we needed for our yearly summer stay in OCNJ. Great amenities, and a lovely home. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous property and location

We loved the convenience of the beach and boardwalk. We started and ended our days on the spacious porch. The house met all our needs and I often found myself admiring the attention to detail involved and the beautiful woodwork. Very clean and loved all the extra storage we had in garage for beach stuff and extra storage. We can't say enough. Thank you!

Perfect location. All as listed. Our hosts put us in touch with the company that supplies the linens for the beds, and towels for both beach and bathrooms. Very clean easy to get too. Excellent hosts and very happy. Definitely would recommend.

Incredible Location

Great off-season stay. House was exactly as described and location could not be beat - nice quiet street but so close to the boardwalk and beach. The large front porch was our favorite place to relax.

great long weekend golf trip

Lovely home! We used this beautiful new home as our base for our weekend golf trip. Great location - close to the boardwalk for an easy morning walk. The house has a nice porch for evening cocktails and golf tall tales. We'll definitely look to rent this home on our next NJ Shore golf trip.

Outstanding week in Ocean City

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. Very clean and well equipped. It was great to have beach chairs for us and beach toys for our granddaughter. Just a short walk to the beach! We ate nearly all our meals on the front porch. Garage parking was a real plus. We highly recommend this house!

Wonderful house and location

This is our second year in a row renting this house. We couldn’t be more pleased. Location is great for us, a few steps to the beach and Boardwalk yet far enough from all the noise. House is very clean upon arrival w/ all the amenities we needed. Our family is looking forward to future trips rent this house.

Wonderful week at the beach

This is the second time we've stayed in this property, and we were again very pleased with it. It was very, very clean! The kitchen was better stocked with utensils, tupperware, etc, then other rentals we've stayed in. The owners were also very responsive to all questions we had. Would highly recommend!

OC Getaway

This is our 4th occassion to stay at Melissa's place. It is a perfect location, well maintained and decorated, very accommadating to our every need. Melissa and Shawn are very responsive and quick to communicate. We've enjoyed all of our stays.....with the grandkids and without.

We bought the lovely old house that used to sit on this property in 2009 with my parents John and Diane. We've always wanted a house in Ocean City. My grandparents and aunt and uncle live on the island year round. Growing up right off the island, we spent a lot of time on the beach.

Unfortunately, the house succumbed to the tides in Super Storm Sandy and we had to tear down the house. We were devastated. We loved the charm of the old house. So, we worked very closely with the architect to make sure we were able to design a new house that was still full of the character of the old house.

The 2nd floor is not rented out, our family uses it. We look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you!
