Welcome to our cozy 4 bed / 2.5 bath townhome in South Austin! Just 10 miles from downtown and 20 minutes to the airport. Conveniently located near some of South Austin’s best live music and entertainment: Sam’s Town Point, Armadillo Den, and Moontower Saloon. This peaceful home accommodates up to 8 people, making it the perfect booking for groups and families.

This is a fully furnished townhome which includes 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 dedicated workspace, 2 parking spaces, high speed wi-fi, washer & dryer, fully furnished kitchen, and a large, fenced-in outdoor area. Dogs are welcome!

The outdoor area includes a fire pit with seating for 8, as well as a covered BBQ deck with cooling misters and a ceiling fan!

Please note that this listing is a townhome that makes up one side of a duplex, with its own private entrance, yard, and parking.

5 star stay!

My husband and I stayed here with 3 other couples for a long weekend and had an awesome stay! The place was so clean and a great size for our group. The patio and spacious backyard area were so nice and a perfect place to hangout during the day. The host was responsive, provided all the information we needed and made the check-in and check-out process super easy!

Nice Place to Bring the Kids

We brought the family to Adam's place for a family get together. The place looked exactly like it does in the photos, and the house was very clean. Adam was very responsive and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for families.

Great South Austin Stay!

We are former Austinites who come back to see our best friends every year at Thanksgiving. This house was close to both HEB and our friends - perfect! (We moved out of state and miss HEB terribly.) The house was very clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed having a fire and roasting marshmallows in the backyard. We needed to cook some Thanksgiving items and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is so close to many South Austin hotspots - and being able to get to all of them without crossing Menchaca on foot is key. We will absolutely be on the lookout for this property when we come back next year!

Wonderful Stay!

Our trip to Austin was extra amazing because of your place! My wife and I came down from Dallas to see the Gourds' reunion show at Sam's Town Point. We brought our two nephews and a friend from Kerrville also stayed with us. And of course, we brought our dog. Our age group was 20-50’s. The accommodations were perfect - a bit smaller than the online pictures make it appear, but still a great place. The house was very clean! We very much appreciated the all natural cleaning products. Everyone commented on how nice it was NOT to smell Fabuloso and Gain. The location could not have been better. Plenty of things to do walking distance from the house for everyone-including the dog. The backyard was the perfect place to just hang out and relax. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils we needed to cook a meal. The beds were very comfortable with good clean quality bedding. And though we cleaned up after ourselves before checking out, it was nice to be on vacation and not have to worry about a long list of chores to do before we left. I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW NICE THAT WAS!!!! There were no issues checking in or out- no weird extra fees that suddenly popped up. Adam was very accommodating and quick to respond to the few questions we had. We have stayed in many places and this place is definitely in the top 3! Zero complaints or suggestions. Will stay here again when traveling through. I wish more places were this clean and accommodating. You thought of everything!
