Welcome to Caribe by the Sea, a perfect coastal retreat in Miramar Beach, Florida. Centrally located in the exclusive, gated Gulf front community of Caribe, this luxury three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home is just a short walk from the community’s private beach.

Inside this coastal home you'll find a bright and airy space with an open floor plan. The comfortable living room is ideal for unwinding after a day of sun and fun, while the fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare a delicious local seafood dinner. A convenient half bathroom is located near the kitchen.

Caribe by the Sea comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom on the first floor features a luxurious king bed, private patio access and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each offering a queen bed with a shared bathroom. The Neighborhood of Caribe offers two community pools, a private tennis court and charming tree-lined streets by the lake.

Beyond Caribe, Miramar Beach and the Destin area offer endless activities. Charter a deep-sea fishing trip or take a dolphin-sighting cruise. Just Okay

Very small TV in Living area. Channel selections not good at all. TV not user friendly. Not enough towels supplied for six people. Back entrance door is exit only. Front entrance door with 2 locks can unintentionally lock yourself out. Then would have to call someone to let you in. You had to park at back door but walk to front door to let yourself in. Had issue with upstairs toilet leaking into kitchen downstairs but was fixed in a timely fashion. Picture indicated there was a nice patio set but was only two pieces barely fit to sit on.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that the maintenance issue was addressed promptly, but we regret that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. Upon reviewing your reservation, we see that you contacted our 24/7 Guest Services Team regarding the TV, and we understand how important it is to have a functional and user-friendly setup. However, the property manager noted that you were able to resolve the TV issue before their arrival. Additionally, we addressed your requests for blinds and bulb replacements, as well as the leak in the house. We did not receive any requests for extra towels, but our team would have been happy to assist had we been informed. Your concerns regarding the entrance doors and patio furniture have been shared with the appropriate team for review. We appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to provide a more seamless experience in the future. -Your Southern Team
