Maravilla est l'un des complexes familiaux les plus populaires de la région de Miramar Beach / Destin. Il offre 2. 5 acres de plages avec son propre accÚs à la plage privée. Le clubhouse communautaire est idéal pour les grands rassemblements avec une cuisine bien équipée et un coin salon avec une grande télévision à écran plat de 48 pouces. Il dispose de 2 grandes piscines dont une chauffée en saison, de courts de tennis, d'une salle de sport et de terrains de basket. Vous pouvez utiliser les grands sentiers de promenade pour une belle promenade ou jogging le long de Scenic Gulf Drive.

Notre unité peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement avec 1 roi en maßtre, 1 roi en mezzanine, une chambre queen et 1 canapé-lit queen. Il dispose de 2 salles de bains, l'une du maßtre et l'autre attenante au grenier. Cette unité serait idéale pour plusieurs familles ou une grande famille. Il a un beau plan d'étage ouvert et un joli balcon de la salle de séjour. Cette unité est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter d'une "évasion de la plage"!

The location is great, I feel like the mater bedroom is a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures. The property grounds and the location to the beach are great.

Our stay was fantastic! The space was beautiful, cozy, and very clean, with a wonderful location and thoughtful furnishings. What really stood out was the host’s outstanding hospitality — their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond in a way we’ll always appreciate. It was truly a great experience, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Nice stat near the beach

The property is overall very nice. Maravilla is nicely maintained outside as well. Pros- short walk to beach, nicely supplied, clean. Cons- beach service only said they had one umbrella when we went down there at 7 am so I wouldn’t rely on that, hot upstairs, had a sign stating not to turn AC below 71 or risk being charged for AC maintenance. There was a heat advisory and being on the top floor I’m sure didn’t help but if the AC can’t keep up maybe it needs a new one. It was well above 71 upstairs and in the back room. So warm that we didn’t use the quilt or sheet. The AC vents could use replaced with less decorative and maybe they would allow more air through and they don’t stay secured to the floor upstairs.

Fun vacay

Property was nice and clean. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Convenient walk to beach and pool. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The sliding glass door to balcony didn't lock very good and could use some updating in certain areas but overall nice place and would recommend.

Home away from home!

We wanted a nice relaxing spring break and we got just that. It was very comfortable and everyone had space to enjoy themselves. The condo looked exactly as pictured. They had plenty of beach toys for the kids and I loved that there was plasticware for the kids to use for eating and drinking. My family was not ready to leave. I look forward to staying here again.

Maravilla 4404

The property is in major need of updates and a deep clean. There was a leak in the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. After multiple calls and interruptions to our stay the leak stopped after they listened to my husband. We were told it was a roof leak even though there had been no rain for several days and it only did it when the shower was in use. There was sand, old food, and what looked to be dog poop or tobacco in the floor in the master suite. The property manager said they couldn’t do deep cleans on such quick turnarounds. I won’t book at Maravilla ever again. The last two years have been less than what was expected or paid for. I spend too much money for vacation and want what I pay for. I love Destin but this place can do much better.

A weekend getaway

It was a smooth experience overall. The property was clean, and well stocked (bath towels, utensils, dishes, etc). It was a very CLOSE walk to the beach! The only minor complaint that I had, was that every time the air conditioner came on, it would make a very loud noise or “bang” sound. Other than that it was a pleasant place to stay.
