Located on charming Venice island with beaches, restaurants, shops and numerous outdoor activities including beaching, boating, golfing, tennis, biking and more. The condo is just across the street from a small municipal airport which serves small private planes and the occasional corporate jet. There are no scheduled flights and it can be a fun pass-time watching the small planes take off and land. Please be aware there is a condo association application required for all renters with and additional $100.00 fee paid by the renter.
