Prime location one block from the beach with a marina, dining, and lounge nearby. Two-minute walk to three different beach access points -- two of which are completely private. Less than a mile walk to downtown Venice, where you can enjoy the cute little shops and fine dining.

This is a 1/1 unit that has a completely private entrance, full kitchen, full living room and dining room, large screened-in porch, large bedroom with a king-size bed, large fenced-in backyard, and there's also an air mattress available.

The unit also shares a washer and dryer in the garage. The garage also has four beach cruisers, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, fishing poles, coolers, a cart to easily carry items to the beach, and shark tooth finding tools.

You can't beat this beach location on the island.

House had not been cleaned. No bed sheets. Mold in bathroom. Broken lamps. Previous client's dirty linen stuffed into a hamper. We did not stay even one night and have been promised a full refund. Waiting on it.

A perfect place to stay

This was the perfect stay for us. A short walk to the beach and downtown. The space is very spacious both inside and out, with a nice backyard to enjoy. The best part were the owners, super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this gem of a place.

Weekend getaway

This is our second stay at this property and it is most enjoyable. The house is spacious and tidy with cute decor. It is a very short stroll to the most beautiful beach and they have everything stocked for a fun day of shark tooth hunting. My family and I look forward to visiting again!

Awesome location

What a great location! Plenty of space and a fenced back yard! Pet friendly with all the beach toys and bikes to enjoy. We will definitely be back. Shark teeth and shells made this trip one that we enjoyed!!

Wondeful location

We enjoyed our stay at the Venice Beach condo!! Property was clean and in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach, Centennial Park, and the strip of shops and restaurants. Property manager was quick to respond.

This private duplex was a short walk to Venice Beach & a short, pretty drive to beach restaurants and Historic downtown. Very comfortable accomodations, nicely furnished but needs tile work in the bathroom and a bed skirt to cover the king size box springs. Enjoyed our stay!!

Great Location!! Clean and Quiet!!

So enjoyed our stay! Great communication with owner! Walkable to beach, restaurants, shops, and parks. Super clean rental. Loved the new couches!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, beach chairs and bicycles provided. Large fenced backyard was so nice for our dog.

GREAT RELAXING STAY

Stayed here for me and my wife’s anniversary. The unit was very clean and had all that we needed. Beach access was great and it felt like having the beach to yourself at times. The beach supplies that were offered were great especially looking for shark teeth. Fishing was really good as well. Good privacy with a nice lanai.

Beach Vacation / Visiting Family

We came down to visit the family and go to the beach. The duplex was wonderful. It was quiet and had plenty of room for the two of us. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. It was super close to the beach as we only had to walk a block over and a block up, so it was great for morning and evening walks on the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We will be sure to stay there again when we come back.

Wonderful time

My friend and I stayed a week and loved every minute. We were surprised that Venice Beach was so close...less than 4 blocks. We liked the quiet and welcoming city. Met some great people. We didn't want a condo, so this was just right. It was clean which is most important.

We loved it.

The property was very clean and they had just got new furniture and it looked great. We loved everything about it. It was a close walk to the beach and we loved the house and our back yard. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great location, private back yard - quiet neighborhood - short walks to the beach- Listing said toilet paper and shampoo was provided but there was only one roll of TP and one small tube of shampoo. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location and communication

2 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute bike ride into down town Venice made this the perfect location. The spot was quiet and peaceful and the kitchen was well equipped too and there was a great grill and outdoor eating area. There were 4 bikes which was great. Only there was no pull out couch, only an air mattress to sleep the other two people which was fine. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

UNIT BDirections to enter unit were not made clear - able to get in w/ help from HVAC fella working in Unit A. He showed us to our entrance and with the door code.Upon entering we found the bathroom and floors dirty. There was not a pull out sofa as described in the listing nor was there enough bedding.I spoke to the Mechanical fella again and asked if he was by chance Bishop and he politely told me no. As we were not able to adjust the temperature, this fella came to help and then explained that he was the one in our unit earlier and that we tried to clean up after himself. When I reached out to Bishop (I’m not sure what his position is) to discuss over the phone, he did not respond. The following morning, we found the cleaning services phone number and called them. These folks were happy to help right away. I scheduled a time with them as we brought our dog with and wanted to make sure she was out of the unit.While we were out the Mechanical fella came in UNANNOUNCED/ withOUT notification and attempted to do some floor mopping. As we were not sure if there would be a completion notification from the cleaning company, we brought our dog back and found the shotty clean job. About ten minutes later, the cleaning company called to notify us they were onsite to clean- that’s when weThe kitchen cabinets are filled with a disarray of wares, some of which are mingled in with the cleaning products under the sink.

great value!

We really liked the price, especially for the proximity to the beach and downtown Venice. Great dining close by too. The condo is spacious for being only a one bedroom, one bath unit. We were happy that we could bring our pup with us, too. As with most vacation rentals, furniture was adequate but rather dated. This is especially true at this price point which we will put up with considering price is important to us vs decor and furnishings. Bathroom was super dated with tub that needs TLC. Home needs deep cleaning, especially drawers, closets, baseboards, and blinds. It was clean otherwise. Nice quiet area.

dirtiest place I ever stayed. and we travel a lot.

nice location, however a few bumps in the road, place was so dirty I took my shoe off and an hour later the bottoms of my feet were black, mold growing in bathroom. spores all over the place, auto lock on back back stop working for a minute try calling Bishop no one answered. fan in dining room would not turn off. so we ate out on the porch. beware.

Definitely Saved Money

Location to beach, washer and dryer, cleanliness and fenced back yard for dog was great. The duplex was roomy, the furniture and bedding were comfortable and the maintenance crew(Kayla and Dan) were wonderful and responsive. Unfortunately the landlord has not renovated what looks like the original ?60’s bathroom(broken tile) and kitchen cabinets and countertops. Some baseboards need to be reinstalled as well. The price reflects the needed improvements however. Also, the check in instructions should include the need to enter through the white tall fence/gate on the left of the house, not the front door(used by the other duplex unit).

Anniversary

The listing says it’s a four house and it’s actually a front apartment and the rear apartment so it’s listed as a full house but when you check in it’s a Partman a or B when I took the listing it was listed as a two bedroom one king bed, two twin bed But that is the a apartment and I was not aware of that because it didn’t say anything on the listing. I have a copy that said, I was renting a one king bed, and two twin bed when I got to the house it was only one king bed, one bedroom, it said they were bicycles for cruisers, which actually has blown up tires, the place was very nice needed some cleaning and the location was nice but not what was listed in the app?
