The home is fully furnished and includes Wifi and cable. Vasari Country Club is a golf bundled community. Your rental includes a golf membership for two (additional fees to play) and use of the tennis, bocce, fitness, two pool, main restaurant and tiki bar facilities in Vasari Country Club.

There is also a private pool with gas grills a short walk away at the end of Toscana Way. Several beaches are within a short 20 Minute drive from Vasari. Popular Naples destinations are within 30 Minutes.

January/February -30 day minimum rental , March/April - 60 Minimum Rental (with the exception of March / April 2025 - 30 day minimum acceptable, All other months 2 week minimum rental. Tenant to pay fees for taxes and cleaning.
