Cette maison de frappe a une vue sur la piscine et le lac à partir de presque toutes les chambres. Au moment où vous entrez dans cette maison, vous êtes accueilli par une vue saisissante sur son bel espace de vie formel sur la véranda et la très grande piscine. Découvrez le lac étincelant d'oiseaux, de canards, de tortues, de loutres et de nombreux autres animaux sauvages. Les lacs de notre communauté de Briarwood sont réputés pour

La suite principale a un lit king size et une grande salle de bains principale équipée d'une douche et d'un bain romain. Une porte coulissante en verre à la piscine et la zone de lanai en font un bel endroit pour dormir.

Il y a deux autres chambres sur le côté opposé de la maison qui partagent la deuxième salle de bain et une quatrième chambre avec sa 3ème salle de bain privée dans le salon.

La deuxième et la troisième chambres disposent de deux lits jumeaux avec un mobilier en bois blanc et sont décorées dans un style floridien. La quatrième chambre est aménagée en seconde suite principale avec un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat 26 pouces et sa propre salle de bain privée.

La piscine face au sud-ouest donne sur un magnifique lac avec beaucoup d'espace pour bronzer et se divertir.

Property and location were good. Mgmt experience was unprofessional and horrible. The manager threatened to evict us because we complained about the washing machine not working and took over a week to fix. She was rude, combative and unprofessional. Will not recommend CNE to anyone.

Great place for a group. Very roomy and accommodating. My only problem was we would blow a circuit when more than one hair dryer was used. Circuit panel may need to be updated. Also, the dining room chairs could use new padding. They were very hard for us card players.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Happy except for conditions of rugs. Especially in bathrooms. We had to wash all rugs. Previous years have been much better. The overall cleanliness of house was not as good as previous years. The refrigerator filter need to be replaced. The blinds in master bedroom did not work properly and we had to use sheet for privacy. The left sink stopper in master bedroom does not go up and down. We will still be coming next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and Safe. The outlets in the bathrooms were not working when we arrived. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness. The tile floor had sand and things that stuck to your feet, which right away Made me feel dirty. The shower had hair on the walls like it wasn’t wiped down. The couch had dirt and crumbs in the creases. The counter was clear but not wiped off completely, had dried stuff on it. It made a nice home for vacation but was not very satisfied with the cleanliness.

April Naples Visit

Property was in a great Naples neighborhood. Although we did not use any of the community amenities it was a great knowing they were there if needed. The kitchen was well equipped with just about any item you needed. Plenty of towels and having a washer and dryer was great. House didn't seem as clean as other homes we have stayed in however we would stay in this home again.
