The Space:

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom Lake Tahoe vacation cabin is located in Agate Bay, a small community in North Lake Tahoe. Agate Bay is conveniently located five minutes from Kings Beach and ten minutes from Tahoe City.



As you walk into the property, you will notice high ceilings and an open layout which flows nicely with the kitchen and dining areas. The living room has a flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace and plenty of couch space for relaxation. A fully-equipped kitchen is great for preparing and cooking any meal. The backyard has a gas grill, cozy deck furniture and a horseshoe pit.



All three bedrooms offer king-sized beds. There is an open loft area providing additional space for the family to spread out for games or quiet time. The loft area and upstairs master both of have flat screen tv's with DVD players for your convenience.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with High-Speed Internet, Cable TV, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer, and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. 



Some Highlights:

   •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

   •Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

   •Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger - the use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is stricly prohibited at any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood-burning BBQ's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
