The space
Designed with a getaway in mind. A resort like feel but with the conveniences and coziness of home.

Kitchen Space: Fully stocked with cookware and utensils, large countertop convection oven, two burner countertop console, nespresso machine with coffee

Great room: Seating area to watch TV (Hulu and Netflix), full bathroom, Pullout Sofa Bed - great for Kiddos! Also has washer/dryer

Main Bedroom: Queen Tempurpedic bed, Full Bathroom, closet, and desk to work.
Guest access
Private, separate entrance and pebble driveway with gate is at your access. Street parking is also available but not recommended.

The yard around the pool is fully fenced in and landscaped that you can enjoy year-round. This includes lounge chairs around the pool.
Other things to note
EV Ready Plug is on outside of home, ready to use!

PLEASE NO PARTIES OR GET-TOGETHERS. This is not a place to host someone else’s get-together. We want you to have a good time and enjoy the space, but also want to keep peace with our neighbors. (More in our FAQ)


We do not permit any other animals other than dogs on the property.


FAQ:

Q: Is the pool private?
A: Yes and no. While it is not shared with anyone else, we do live on the property. Typically, during the week it is not used by us. But, you may find us out enjoying it on the weekends. Access to the pool is included!

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Yes, the pool is heated during the cooler months (End of April, May, end of September, and October). There will be an extra cost to heat the pool - please inquire around pool heating rate.

Q: Can I host a Party or Get-Together here? Even if my friends/ family are not staying the night?
A: Sorry, we cannot accommodate other guests on our property that are not part of your reservation. This is to stay in compliance with the Atlanta Short Term Rental Ordinance and as well as covering ourselves with guidelines. We have worked hard to maintain our Atlanta Rental License and would like to keep it to continue hosting.

Q: Is this a private home? Do you live on the property?
A: Yes, this is a private structure. Yes, we are on the property as well. Our home and the are two separate buildings. Our pool separates both structures, giving ample separation between. There is also a separate driveway that allows you private access into the building.
