I would recommend this property. It is close to all the things that you would want to do in Atlanta. All the accommodations at the facility were amazing. There was a little bit of noise, but that’s to be expected. It just allowed us to be free and not have to tiptoe around. Lovely property I would highly recommend to any family or couple visiting the Atlanta area.

The stay was amazing. It was about 15 mins from the city tho. Other than the distance from the city it was a lovely stay and would love to book with the host anytime in the near future.

People from the other unit were really noisy they had their music on till 3am didn’t leave space for me to park my car, all the smoke come in my unit from them smoking their w&&d. Overall was nice place and clean.

We stayed in the bottom unit (B). The code to get in didn't work initially, but was taken care of very quickly upon our arrival. The unit itself was clean, neat, tidy, and smelled amazing. The water pressure was ok. The remote for the bedroom tv does need new batteries but the one in the living room did work for that tv as well. So no biggie. The only downfall was the upstairs unit (A) had occupants that were inconsiderate of quiet hours and were being loud with music and talking at 330 -5 am both nights. These things, understandably, were things not controlled by the hosts. Hosts were great. My only recommendations would be lamps/side tables in the bedrooms so you don't have to get up to turn a light off and carpet or rugs in unit A to help absorb the sound of guests that are somewhat obnoxious. Thanks for the stay. Would consider staying again.

WOAH

The driveway had rusty screws & bolts. The front door key pad read low battery. The floors were dusty and dirty. The air quality was poor. The smell of mold & mildew hits you at the door. The broom I reached for to try and clean the mess was filthy. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned at all. Soap scum in the shower. The shower curtain visibly had mold on it. The linen on both beds were visibly stained those same stains came out after washing them in the washer & dryer in the kitchen. The spiders that roamed freely across the floors led me to the filth under the bed; broken acrylic nails, empty water bottle, wads of dusty & dirt, and an empty snack wrapper. In every corner on the floor & ceiling was either a spider or web. After making two Walmart trips and staying up to 3am to clean we were finally able to try and get some sleep. Each and every night we were forced to hear the sounds of feet pounding from one corner to the next. I couldn’t bring myself to contact the host about this matter simply because making sure your guest has a clean & safe environment to call home for their temporary stay should be top priority. For the person who is looking to book their stay here this is just a cautionary note of what you may or may not walk in to. And of course the necessary visuals were taken for evidence but I will not post them because my intention is not to ruin future opportunities but to be completely honest about my stay.
