Come stay at our NEW cozy retreat. Our 3-bedroom, first-floor apartment is located near the heart of Downtown Bristol. The apartment features a full dining room; a living room with flatscreen tv with smart capabilities; a bathroom with standup shower and tub combo including towels; iron and ironing board; a full kitchen including cookware, utensils, sink, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, full-sized fridge, coffee maker, and dish washer. The main bedroom has a spacious king bed while the other two bedrooms have queen beds, and every room has closet space. All amenities you could need for your stay are available for use.

The backyard is a communal space with the second-floor apartment. Access to the backyard is through a back door.

This home is as beautiful as the pictures. It is kept up well and is very clean, easy to find, and easy to check in, and we had a nice welcome gift waiting for us. We were in Bristol to visit our daughter, and will definitely book this property again!

Cute house in a nice neighborhood. We stayed on the main floor - it could use some updates but it was clean, quiet, had comfortable beds, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a weekend. The road is a bit busy at certain times of the day but the noise didn’t bother us.It’s walkable to good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops and there are sidewalks. The Host left a nice welcome note and some prosecco - very nice touch.

Very comfortable beds, lots of closets, darling living room and dining room, TV’s I bedrooms and living room. Overal very comfortable and cozy. Plenty of towels and coffee pods (lifesaving😂) Thanks for a lovely stay!

It was the loveliest little home in Bristol, which is an incredibly cute town. We loved Midtown Oyster Bar and Folklore Provisions. It's easy to drive to Newport from this town as well.It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and was in a residential area. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.I was also very impressed with their level of organization and that we received an ebook that they had put together of some local recommendations and pertinent information we might need. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that the hosts covered everything so thoroughly!

Great layout and location

Wonderful apartment and comfortable for five adults and a newborn. Plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking dinner! Michele was great to correspond with in a timely manner. The only thing I would change is the bright lights, I think soft white bulbs would make the lighting more comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thanks, Janet

Great location. The flat has been re-done, but still has the charming woodwork, etc. Place was wonderful-had everything we needed. Quiet area. Good communication with owner. Able to get to the Newport area easily. Variety of food options nearby

This is a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the location. Bristol is a good point from where to explore Rhode Island.

Basic family accommodations in the heart of Bristol, RI

The apartment is clean and exactly as the pictures represent. The majority of Bristol restaurants and attractions are within walking distance or a $5 Uber/Lift ride away. The neighborhood was peaceful. The parking situation is less than ideal with only one spot for the 1st, and one for the 2nd floor. Both are 3 BR apartments. The kitchen is equipped only for the most basic cooking. I feel the apartment needs work to live up to the price. The place has the feel of a newly acquired property put on the market too soon. My bet says they will constantly improve. Give them a chance if you're heading to RI.

Short Get-a-Way

This property was amazing. Our host was most accommodating. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean and very spacious. Walking distance to all downtown Bristol / Main Street / historic area was very easy. We will definitely be back.
