Bring the boat or rent one nearby, because Tranquil Dreams offers you a dedicated boat slip at the community dock for effortless lake days.

Step inside to floor-to ceiling windows, a gorgeous stacked-stone fireplace and an open & inviting living space. Plush furnishings welcome you to kick back and make yourself at home. The spacious kitchen has everything you need for meals in. Find seating at both the bar counter and dining room table. Head outside to Tranquil Dreams’ large balcony to your al fresco dining spot! Perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cookouts on the grill.

Tranquil Dreams offers four spacious bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the third floor. The primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a king-size bed and a Smart TV. The ground floor is also where you’ll find the family room. Perfect for movie nights in, you’ll find cozy furnishings around a large TV, as well as a pool table! Step out the sliding glass doors to the furnished patio with a private hot tub. The sizeable backyard is perfect for yard games; stretch out in the hammock for an afternoon nap. In the evenings, stoke the fire in the fire pit as you recount the day’s adventures.

Deep Creek Lake is a year-round destination offering a plethora of activities. In the warmer months, enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming in the lake's clear waters, or explore the numerous hiking and biking trails in the surrounding Deep Creek Lake State Park. Its got the job done.

Honestly, the house layout is fine and it gets the job done. The road noise can be a bit much at times. The real turn offs was the well water smelled terrible and there was cobwebs and "dust bunnies" everywhere. The tv wasnt exactly easy to figure out even with the instructions. Infact, we never did get anything but Netflix to work. We didnt attempt to use the hot tub, mainly because it was too warm out. Ive rented over a half dozen properties between Deep Creek and Pigeon Forge and Im not trying to be rude about it, but this place ranks the lowest on our list.

At first glance it seemed okay . The grass definitely needed cut , the path to road to get to the next path to get to the dock was very over grown . Also the dock is about a 10 minute walk down while carrying all the stuff for the boat . The water smells sooooooo bad we have lived off many wells in our life and none ever have smelled this bad ! . The upstairs shower when used the first night leaked through the ceiling ALL through the kitchen , the middle floor bathroom had a broken toilet handle so it did not work right, then that shower had no shower liner so it got used once and then it flooded that bathroom . So now we have 6 adults using one bathroom ! They did come out to “fix” the issues but still couldn’t use the upstairs bathroom . Next day the bathroom downstairs the lights shorted out so now we can’t use that bathroom downstairs. The deck is so covered in algae / mold that the slightest bit of moisture it turned into an ice rink . Very unhappy . We have stayed in A LOT of rentals over the course of 13 years and this was by far the worst! Wish I could get even a fraction of my money back but Taylor made won’t do that . Do not recommend this property it is neglected to say the least
