The Rustic Cottage is a 4-bedroom 2.5 bathrooms house in Oakland situated on a 2.6 acres.
The property has a king bed master bedroom on the main floor,
1 king,1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed on the second floor.
There are three lofts above the bedrooms upstairs that can be used if more space is needed for an additional fee of $150 .
House is not suitable for infants and toddlers, steep stairs throughout the property . We do not have cribs, pack n play or high chairs. Should you choose to stay at our property with kids 5 and under, please do not leave unsupervised.
The Rustic Cottage is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, heating, a laundry, hot tub, video game console,gazebo and fire pit.

Please, keep in mind ,as with any cabin in the middle of nowhere, spiders and other critters can find their way inside. If a spider would freak you out and would result in a bad review, this house is not for you. Birds fly around and use the gazebo area for shelter, if there is a bird poop on the chairs and that is something that will disturb your stay, this house is not for you. Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly prohibited. Moving the barbecue to a different location is strictly prohibited. Moving a grill, can create a fire hazard if not done correctly. Gas grills also require careful handling, and guests should be aware of the potential dangers.
We do everything to make sure the house is clean and ready for guests, but we can't control wildlife. Guests should bring towels to use for the hot tub, we onlyprovidetowelsfor the shower.
. Any stained or damaged towels that have been used to clean your car,floor etc, would result in extra fee.
Smoking, vaping etc is strictly prohibited inside the house, front porch and deck area and it would result a $250 fee.
We have three security cameras one on the front porch and two in the back.
Linen closet on the second floor is only for owners and cleaners to use. Please do not take out extra towels or linens.
Keep the hot tub covered when not in use.
If you open the pergola cover on the deck, please close back.
Cigarette butts cans,bottles and any other trash that is left lying around the yard would result in extra cleaning fee.

We want you to enjoy your stay and be comfortable. Be respectful to our little house, we worked really hard to bring it back to live and get it ready for guests.

Please note:
There is a guest house adjacent to the main house that is used by the owners sometimes.
Rest assured, your privacy is important to us and it won't be invaded. We live few hours away and when sometimes needs to be fixed or taken care of ,we have to spend the night at the guest house. We try not to be on property when the main house is booked, but in some cases, we can be there during your stay.
