This delightful studio condo on the shores of Lake Aspen is ready to be your easy and peaceful Innsbrook lakefront getaway. Situated on the ground level (with a few steps to the front door) for easy access to the common ground and waterfront, this charming studio features a full kitchen, dining area, living room plus bedroom area including a queen-size bed and two sleeper sofas and 2 kayaks. Soak in picturesque lake views from the inviting deck or cozy up by the fireplace on colder days. You'll have first-row seating for the annual fireworks show on the 4th of July plus easy access to the beaches on Lake Aspen (a short walk away), and a quick drive to the Country Market, Charrette Commons Pool, Horse Stables, Starbucks, Golf Course, Restaurant, Fitness Center and Main Gate for entry. Studio condos at Innsbrook are perfect for carefree getaways at a great price.

Property was so cute and clean! Some girlfriends and i had a quiet weekend to celebrate a bachelorette! Monica was wonderful to work with before, giving ideas in the area and the space was cute with a little indoor s’mores station, bathroom essentials in case anyone forgets anything. I’ve already told my husband i would love to comeback for a staycation later!!!

Perfect spot for the weekend

The place is exactly as described. It was very clean and offered everything you would need for a weekend stay. The back porch looks out to a lake, and we were within walking distance of a great spot for the fireworks. We'd stay here again.

Great place!

Owner was great! I even had the wrong night booked and she helped get it fixed right away. Place was clean, quiet, and peaceful which is what I was looking for. It had everything I needed and more! Beach is just around the corner but the patio itself is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend

Perfect for Couples Getaway

This property was perfect for a couple night getaway with my spouse! Monica was super responsive to all my pre-trip questions, even providing a restaurant recommendation that was delicious! We loved how quiet this condo was and we enjoyed the easy access to the lake both immediately behind the condo and over at the beach where the kayaks were located. We kayaked, used the pool, visited the market, and more. I am saving this property for future stays & would recommend it to others without hesitation! Thank you, Monica!

Delightful Respite

Attended wedding reception at the resort. This provided a welcome private and quiet space to relax between events. It was easy to find, close to the reception, well-supplied, spotlessly maintained, and hosted by a very patient and helpful lady.

Really nice studio!

This place had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! The host was very responsive to my questions (even prior to the trip). The location was great — water view and very close to beach area. The kayaks and beach toys were perfect! Kitchen had all the pans/utensils/etc. you could ever need and everything in the whole place was very clean!!

Perfect place

This was the perfect place for my family. Access to the shoreline was easy for fishing and swimming.The beach was just a short distance away where the 2 kayaks are located. The condo itself was clean and updated. Would definitely recommend!

Cute, Cozy, Comfy

We were in town for a baseball tournament and instead of doing the typical hotel we wanted to get a nice place to relax and unwind after baseball. We fished, we swam, we watched movies and cooked on the Blackstone. It was a perfect stay.
