Solterra Resort is just a 5 minute (2.5 mile drive) from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute ( 4.2 mile drive) away. Updated with beautiful luxury finishes.

This open, contemporary home features double living areas, a spacious kitchen with two full size refrigerators and two dishwashers, an entire lower floor of bedrooms with attached private baths, an upstairs level full of fun themed bedrooms, a game room, a movie theater, and last but most certainly not least, a large private swimming pool and a spillover spa to enjoy.

The home has been updated from top to bottom with beautiful luxury finishes in the kitchen, contemporary yet comfortable decor, detailed themed bedrooms, and an amazing Avenger game room for hours of fun. From Moana to Minions, whatever your group is in the mood for, this house can accommodate those desires. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen is fully stocked with normal kitchen items plus a crock-pot, roasting pan, waffle maker, toaster, blender, a Keurig, various size pots & pans, mixing bowls, glass pie pan, baking sheets.

2. Do you provide any baby items? - We provide a crib in one of the bedroom closets, a high chair and children's serving utensils.

3. Are pets allowed? - Yes, up to two dogs are allowed with a Pet Fee of $100. We have dog bowls and a medium-size crate provided.

4. Do you provide a grill? – No, we do not provide a grill. There are many local companies where you can rent a grill and they handle the drop off and pick up. We can send a link to a local company that has been used by guests in the past. Please note, management is not responsible or liable for grills nor do we coordinate with the company to deliver and pick up.

5. What linens are included? - We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and pool towels.

6. Is there a fireplace? - Yes. There are electric fireplaces throughout the house.

7. What time is check-in and check-out? Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 10am. We provide contactless check in and checkout.

8. Where is the nearest airport? The nearest airport to the property is Orlando International Airport.

9. How many parking spaces are there? The parking area in front of the house can accommodate 3 cars.

10. Do you decorate for the holidays? Yes. We decorate for Christmas after Thanksgiving until January.

11. Is the outdoor pool heated? Pool heat is available for a minimum of 3 nights for an additional fee of $35 per day plus tax. 24 hours notification is required in order to heat the pool.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries beyond the starter amenities provided and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place BAGGED trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home.
