It is located directly across from the Sea Isle Marina allowing easy access to Galveston Bay. You will have a front row seat to the water! Don't forget your fishing gear!

The master bedroom with attached bathroom is downstairs and has its own private balcony overlooking the water.

Out back on the canal side is the perfect spot to sit, relax, fish, grill, and entertain on the oversized deck. The owner stores his boat in the slip full time (Not for guest use).

Home Rules
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
There is a $100 fee if the fishing pier key card is lost.
Please park in driveway, no street parking allowed.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
