Just minutes from Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Clinic, and Marshfield Medical Center, this quiet and comfortable lower-level apartment offers the ideal home base for work, rest, and everything in between.

✔ Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, fresh linens, extra blankets, and full clothing storage
✔ One full bathroom with vanity, clean towels, hot water, and starter essentials
✔ Open-concept living area with Smart TV, cozy seating, and space to unwind after a long shift
✔ Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, full-size appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave

It was very nicely decorated, even though we put a lot away in closets to make room for our things. Only bad experience was how loud the air conditioner was and it was right next to love seat. Couldn’t hear the tv. Other down side was how bad the couch was. One recliner didn’t work and the other one sank down to the springs. The bedrooms were roomy but the one bed was not very comfortable.Everything was very clean except who ever washed the dishes before us must have washed with cold water and little soap. They were greasy. Also they forgot to look up at the fan. Pretty dusty. Other than those couple things it was very nice and the owner was very kind and responsive to our emails.
