Just minutes from Aspirus Wausau Hospital, Aspirus Clinic, and Marshfield Medical Center, this quiet and comfortable lower-level apartment offers the ideal home base for work, rest, and everything in between.
â Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, fresh linens, extra blankets, and full clothing storage
â One full bathroom with vanity, clean towels, hot water, and starter essentials
â Open-concept living area with Smart TV, cozy seating, and space to unwind after a long shift
â Fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, full-size appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave
â High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace - ideal for remote work or charting between shifts
â Private entrance and two dedicated parking spaces for easy, convenient access
â Coin-operated laundry (credit cards accepted) shared with other tenants in the basement
