This charming home blends classic character with modern updates. Enjoy mornings on the large front porch, a fenced backyard with a patio for hanging out, and an open, easygoing layout that works well for groups. The main floor includes one bedroom and a full bathroom, along with original heart pine floors and thoughtful details that give the home its warmth and personality. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with double vanities and a clawfoot tub. The upstairs level is accessed by staircases located on both sides of the home.

The kitchen is fully updated and well-equipped, with nice finishes throughout the home that make it comfortable and inviting without feeling overdone.

Located just a couple of blocks from downtown Southern Pines favorites like Betsy’s Crepes, Rec Room, Chapman’s, SoPies, Amor Ciego, Embers BBQ, and more, you’ll be able to walk to coffee, shopping, food, and fun. Golfers will love being less than 2 miles from Pine Needles, Mid Pines, and Southern Pines Golf Club—three of North Carolina’s top courses.

Golf outing

Place was awesome and accommodating. Everything was walking distance and golf courses were close by. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Great house and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house for golf or family and it’s a perfect location relative to downtown. Management is responsive and house has been upgraded. Kitchen and bathrooms are brand new.

Quick get away

Nice, newly renovated house that is short walking distance from downtown Southern Pines. Perfect spot for a get-away with friends. Felt like we were one of the first groups to stay in the place since the renovation. Nice outdoor space with a firepit in the backyard. House has 4 BRs with 6 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. Brand new kitchen if you plan to cook. Overall a really nice place in a very convenient location to downtown Southern Pines and a short drive to Pinehurst, Fort Liberty and plenty of other golf courses.

This is a great location very close to downtown Southern Pines. If you are coming to enjoy the area or coming for a golfers weekend, this is a great place to stay. It is very roomy, well setup for relaxation with plenty of places to sit and enjoy. I can't wait to come back and explore more and play some more of the 20 different golf courses in the area.I would say this is a great place for one large family or two families with separate sleeping quarters for both parents and kids. It will also be a great place for a group of golfers, one or 2 foursomes.
