Open Floor Plan. 1100 Sq.Ft 3 Bedroom 2 Bath cottage. Large deck with outdoor seating area. Situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood east of Rte. 1. Walking distance to Moody Beach (.6 mile) or Ogunquit North Beach (1 mile). Several restaurants within walking distance as well. Two miles to Downtown Ogunquit and 3.5 miles to Perkins Cove. Bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels are included. Parking for 3 cars. NO STREET PARKING. Maximum number of house guests 7. Quiet time 10:00 p.m to 8:00 a.m. Private outdoor shower.

My family and I loved being so close to the beach without having to feel like so many people are near you. It was a nice walk to moody beach.

Convenient, comfortable and accomdating

We had a wonderful stay. The house was fully stocked, nice and clean and very comfortable. Great location- close to the town center of ogunquit and not far from kenneybunkport. Hosts were quick to respond and accomdating.

Property was wonderfully kept and maintained. The owner was terrific, wanting to know if there was anything we needed, providing extra tables and chairs. A super house and super owner. We will definitely go back.

Perfect place for a reunion

Three sisters and three daughters enjoyed our two week stay at the Moody Beach cottage. The house was very well stocked and Pat & Jim were very responsive with all the questions we had. The location was perfect for beaching, eating out and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors very friendly. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Wells Getaway

Great place to stay in Wells. Quiet neighborhood. Well cared for house and property. Walking distance to private and public beach. Lots to see and do in area. House has everything supplied that you may need and if not, close by grocery and eateries. Would rent again if coming to Wells area!

Family vacation in Ogunquit!

Thank you Patricia for a lovely stay at your cottage. The space and the location was just perfect for a 5 day trip with family in Ogunquit. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (plus outdoor shower!!) and large leaving area. The balcony was also super fun to enjoy right after a long day at the beach. Overall I highly recommend this place. The location is great being 5 minutes by car from Ogunquit et 15 minutes walk to the beach. Thanks again, we hope to come back!

My family and I really loved our stay here. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. The house is really cute, open concept with everything you might need on vacation. The kitchen is spacious, clean and fully stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. My family and I loved sitting on the front porch at night and in the morning. The host was wonderful and very communicative, she even dropped off water, paper towel, some spices and candy for us. I hope to rent this house again next year.
