This beautifully renovated home features a heated saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. Nice travertine flooring covers the outside screened-in lanai area, complete with a gas grill.

Step inside you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen that boasts granite counters and stainless appliances, ideal for any culinary enthusiast. The open concept design enhances the spacious feel of the home, making it perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying everyday life in a luxurious setting.

3 spacious and well maintained bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms, all thoughtfully updated for modern living. Guests can also find a den with a designated work area should there be work that comes up while on vacation.

Marco Island

Communication and check-in process was very good. While the home is nice; a new cleaning agency is needed. The floors especially were quite dirty. Staff arrived to clean the pool without any previous communication.

Absolutely Lovely Home

This house is so gorgeous that the pictures don't do it justice. It's clean and decorated very nicely. We really enjoyed the view of the wide canal. The pool is very nice and refreshing. The kitchen is huge and well stocked, and having the ability to do laundry is a huge plus. The garage is a bit short so do be careful when parking and closing the garage door. Our car fit with just a couple inches to spare. We would definitely be thrilled to stay in this house again.We had a small issue during our stay and the management company solved it very nicely and quickly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! It was very easy to get the keys for the rental and get in. It has everything you need and a little more. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well stocked, an extra refrigerator, and beach chairs. It was also really fun to have a bunch of fishing rods and some basic tackle for canal fishing.

The host wasn't the owner, it was Harborview Rentals, and the experience was miserable due to their lack of support, contact and no way to contact the owner. The sole reason we rented the house was for the two advertised/listed kayaks and the rusted out seats rendered them completely useless. We immediately contacted Harborview Rentals who did nothing to rectify the issue while we were there. The other issue is the rear Ring camera that faces the pool...it is not on the side of the house per the listing. This is a prime example of what can happen when VRBO allows the opaque use of third party partners who completely can change the payment terms, cancellation terms and recourse, without a consumer knowing it until a deposit is made and one sees the actual rental contract. If Harborview Rentals somehow secured the title of Premier Host with this arrangement, it need to be removed from the listing and allow direct contact with the owner. To us, this was a completely wasted trip because we came to enjoy the water on kayaks, from the house on a canal with dock, so we could go anythime we wished.
