The saltwater system eliminates the need for chlorine and is gentle on your skin. The expansive screened lanai includes a shady covered space with outdoor seating and a sunny pool deck with outdoor shower, separate cooking space and sun loungers all set on beautiful natural stone decking.

This perfect oasis is just steps to the beach and all the best restaurants and shops!!! We provide a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, etc for a day at the beach.

Located at 981 Java Ct, our beautiful, clean, nicely furnished home is a wonderful option for beach lovers or anyone wanting to work remotely. The office opens to the kitchen and has two distinct work stations with high speed fiber-optic wifi.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Location, location, location! Quick 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to Marco Golf and Oyster Society restaurant. Everything you need is there just bring your clothes and toothbrush. Pool was wonderful, neighborhood was wonderful. This was our third spring break in Marco having previously stayed in condos, it was lovely to have our own house and pool area. Highly highly highly recommend. We will be back.

Excellent stay

House is an easy walk to restaurants , stores and beach. Very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood. The pool and spa, general outside area is a plus, we basically lived out there when we weren’t at the beach. I would definitely rent this again, owner was very nice.

The villa is lovely- very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The new pool and jacuzzi outside is especially good The location is a few minutes walk to the beach and to various restaurants. A supermarket is an easy drive. I have no reservations in recommending the holiday rental. We had a great holiday

Family vacation

The house was clean, kitchen was well equipped , location very close to the beach and restaurants, but our favorite part of the house was the pool area and the salt system was a plus, spa was amazing as well. The only thing. That is missing is some bikes, usually very housed that have stayed at Marco has bikes, but other than that we had an amazing time, will definitely come back next year. Thanks Lynn for allowing us to stay at your house .

Absolutely Fabulous Stay

We LOVED our stay at this VRBO. Very clean home and pool area. The pool area is spacious and sunny all day. We enjoyed the loungers on the pool deck and the raised ledge allowed our 20 month old to enjoy playing in the pool near us. We reached out to Tammie and she was very friendly and prompt with a response. Absolutely no complaints about this rental. Perfect location as well! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful Family Vacation

We had so much fun during our annual 2 week Marco Island vacation! This was a first time not staying at a condo right on the beach. We LOVED staying at a house: way more room, more privacy and more family time. We did make many beach trips, which was so close and convenient, sometimes to play during the day or in the evening to watch the sunset. But we lived in the swimming pool! So relaxing and fun playing water games. In addition to all of this we walked to all our dining spots: Marco Prime, Sale’ Peppe, Stonewalls
. We did biking and stroller rides for baby in a lovely neighborhood. Went to the farmers market and ice cream shop. The weather was the best too,

Beautiful home with all of the amenities

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in a good location and we were able to walk to the beach, some shopping and some restaurants. For the beach, they provided 2 wagons, 4 chairs, a couple of coolers and plenty of towels and a few toys. When we weren’t at the beach, or out shopping or eating, we enjoyed spending a lot of time in the lanai. The spa and pool were very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, but would have liked it to feel a little more private. Eventually, maybe the vegetation will grow enough to provide more privacy from the road and homes across the street. There was an outdoor kitchen that we used a couple of times as well. I found the layout of the house was a little odd. The master is in the middle and has a bathroom attached to it that is also accessible from the hall and no tv and the room with the queen room has a small bathroom and is the room attached to the outdoor shower and lanai. I point this out as families with children may not like the fact that their child’s room has access to the outside via the lanai. You can lock the door and there is an alarm. There are two doors to access the lanai from outside the home. We ate at one of the 2 tables in the lanai or the bar in the kitchen instead of the dining room table bThere is a office type room with a couple of desk areas if you want to work remotely while you are there, but why would you want to?

Amazing Vacation Property

Lovely house with great pool! Very clean and comfortable home. Close to the beach and shopping, yet quiet and not a busy area. Quite lovely. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We loved Marco Island! Best vacation ever! Thank you for keeping your home so nice. It really makes a difference when vacationing. And, we loved everything about Marco Island!

Backyard Paradise

We very much enjoyed this property. Lynn was very responsive to questions as well as giving us a wonderful directory of restaurants, activities and directions. The location is great - VERY close to the beach - plus walking you pass a very nice courtyard of restaurants including 2 ice cream shops - great for kids. We walked to/from multiple times a day - to enjoy the beach but then watch the amazing sunsets. The backyard is simply amazing - the salt water pool is large and inviting. The outdoor area was so comfortable - shaded with plenty of space. We ate all our meals here, played family games and of course enjoyed the pool. The house has a great layout - very comfortable and the AC kept it very cool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay!

This house was clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living area, the pool, and the convenience of walking to shops, restaurants, and to the beach. Owner was responsive and accommodating. We felt completely safe in this neighborhood. It's a great place for a getaway from the wintery north!

Lynn Makes It Right!

Life has surprises for all of us. Lynn called to inform me that there was unexpected construction now scheduled in the back yard of the property. Lynn made it right. The property was nice; the person we worked with was awesome. I highly recommend any of Lynn's properties based on her character.

Nice, small three bedroom home. Inside very nice and comfortable. Swimming pool was in the middle of construction while we were there which was a little bothersome as it created a lot of noise and dust on some of the days there. Otherwise, we were very happy staying there.

Additional Week

Wanted to stay an additional week in Marco and was able to work with Lynn to stay at their home. Everything was as she said and was extremely pleased with the property. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the beach and still be in a house.

Marco Island House

This property was the perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach and the restaurants. The property was very clean and had almost everything that we needed. The only thing missing was a pool, which we knew when we rented it. I would definitely recommend renting this house for cleanliness and location.

Five Stars - Highly recommend this property!

Highly recommend this property. We enjoyed our week long vacation at this property on Marco Island. The house was light, bright, very clean and fully stocked with items we needed for the week. This house is located at a great location on the island. It is close to shopping, restaurants and within walking distance to the beautiful beach! The owner is excellent; friendly, helpful and quick with communicating. Highly recommend this property if you are looking to vacation in Marco Island!!

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the cleanliness of your home. The house is close to everything. We could hear the ocean waves from the screened in lanai on a quiet morning. Walking distance to many restaurants. Fin Bistro was our favorite! The Spa at the JW Marriott was perfect! We would not hesitate to return!
