TROIS HISTOIRE GRANDEUR…
Situé dans le quartier de Casa Marina dans la vieille ville. Cette maison est élégante, mais reste un délice tropical avec des accents modernes et rustiques. Il est à quelques pas de la plage, de la rue Duval et du point le plus au sud. l'endroit le plus recherché pour prendre une photo en Floride!

AMEUBLEMENT…
Entrez et montez sur un magnifique carrelage en marbre blanc, un plan d'étage ouvert et de hauts plafonds. La grande salle a pour toile de fond la piscine chauffée et scintillante de votre propre oasis tropicale privée!

ARRANGEMENTS DE SOMMEIL…
Idéal pour les familles nombreuses et les amis, cette maison peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement. Le deuxième étage comprend deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen et une salle de bains privative. Les deux chambres ont leur propre balcon; parfait pour se détendre et profiter de l'air de l'océan pendant que vous sirotez votre café du matin! Montez l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'au troisième étage où se trouvent deux lits jumeaux et une demi-baignoire. En outre, le salon comprend un canapé-lit. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre et salon.

Entrez dans cette magnifique demeure et sentez-vous instantanément détendu. Les décorations modernes sophistiquées et les accents se marient à merveille avec le sol en marbre Juste à droite se trouve la cuisine bien équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Juste en face se trouve le salon qui offre de nombreux sièges, une télévision à écran plat et de grandes portes-fenêtres offrant une vue magnifique sur la piscine et le patio. La chambre principale au deuxième étage a deux penderies et une belle salle de bain avec douche, lavabos / vasques et carrelage en marbre bleu et blanc. La chambre d'amis en face du maître est également équipée d'une salle de bains avec carrelage en marbre aux couleurs chaudes et d'une douche à l'italienne.

Quiconque a été à Key West comprend l'importance des piscines! Le point culminant de cette maison est l’espace de vie extérieur offrant intimité, la grande terrasse de la piscine pour les réceptions et la sécurité d’un espace entièrement clôturé. Inclus est une piscine privée chauffée avec un bain à remous ci-joint, belle bordée de briques et de tuiles. Les animaux domestiques sont considérés à 50 lb ou moins.

Great family spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting Sea La Vie. It’s close to Higg’s Beach, an easy walk to the south end of Duval, and easy to get to several great restaurants and bars. The Duval Loop is close if you’re not a walker. Be We’ve been pleased with how well-equipped the house is, from kitchen utensils and dishes and glassware to indoor and outdoor games. The house is perfect for 2 couples, and the 3rd floor is great for 3 kids.

A beautiful up-to-date home

Definitely a plus that it had its own designated parking spot off street. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding in the master. Lots of closet space in master. Beautiful modern bathrooms. Gorgeous pool area with incredible Royal Palms. Responsive property manager. Very helpful during prep for tropical storm first week of November. Lots of nice beach towels provided as well as beach chairs. Bicycles need a little maintenance. Consider replacing mattress in guest bedroom. An outstanding experience overall! Would definitely rent again.
