This villa is situated in the beautiful, gated development, Crystal Cove. Our 4-bedroom home is located less than half an hour from Orlando International Airport, just 15 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal, and close to many exclusive golf courses. The villa is fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious backyard, and full access to the Crystal Cove clubhouse, making it an ideal destination for a two-family holiday.

With outstanding quality appliances and updated furnishings and great decor, this home consists of 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 persons comfortably. RESORT/DECK AREA: The Emerald Villa has a great, spacious patio and backyard. Residents also have full access to all of Crystal Cove’s amenities, including the community pool, clubhouse, exercise room, and gated entry.

FAMILY ROOM: This comfortable, contemporary family room has been very well furnished. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the large flat screen TV with DVD/Blu-ray player after a long day.

KITCHEN: The kitchen includes all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self-catering holiday, including fridge freezer with ice maker and cold-water dispenser, large oven, marble countertop, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal. The open bar with barstools means you can keep company with whoever is doing the cooking or have your breakfast and snacks in a more informal setting.

DINING ROOM: This lovely dining room has plenty of space, seating about 8 people comfortably. This is the perfect place to enjoy any meal, whether you have cooked or you’re indulging in takeout.

MASTER SUITE 1: The master bedroom is excellently decorated. It has one king size bed, en suite, large flat screen TV, and cushioned relaxing chair.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: The laundry room includes an automatic washing machine and separate drier. An ironing board and iron are also provided so you can cut down on packing and keep on top of your laundry throughout your vacation as well as some fresh linens and towels.
