This 2,200 sq.ft. spacious home has two living rooms, two dining rooms, an open kitchen with bar top for entertaining that looks into the living room and outside into the yard. The entire house has been thoughtfully equipped with all of the amenities you will need during your visit, such as a brand new washer & dryer, Nest thermostats and high speed internet for work/school from home capabilities.
Both living rooms have large flat screen TV's with Spectrum TV and Netflix, Hulu, etc. capabilities. Everyone can watch their favorite movie or tv show!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a Keurig with coffee for the mornings. Pots and pans, basic cooking necessities, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc. are already here for you when you arrive.
The backyard is entirely fenced in and has plenty of seating for the entire family. A perfect place to unwind and watch the Texas sunsets.

PRIMARY ROOM: The primary bedroom has a king bed, spacious bathroom with a walk in shower, a smart tv and a 2nd floor patio that overlooks the backyard to keep an eye on your children, two legged or four.
TWO QUEEN BEDROOMS: The other two bedrooms each have a very comfortable queen bed with lots of natural light throughout the day and spacious walk in closets. There is a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway to share.
OFFICE & DAY BED: The office has a desk workspace to comfortably take work calls and setup your computer. With internet speeds at 400 mps, you shouldn’t have any issues during conference calls or working from home. There is also a twin day bed with a pull-out trundle - sleep up to two more people!
Well behaved pets are allowed with prior approval - please message us when booking if you have any pets that are traveling with you. Two pet maximum. Please do not allow pets to jump on furniture and pick up after them in the yard.
