House is in a great location in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids with a large backyard and nice playscape for the kids.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The kids loved the outdoor space. While the home was clean, it seemed as though it had not been maintained in while. The garbage disposal did not work, the ice maker had a block of ice, so we were unable to use it, the items that were supposed to be stocked for guests were not (i.e. coffee and creamer levels were extremely low), we had to reset the router to get wifi, the outlets were overheating when we plugged in our phones to charge, etc. We spent the majority of our time outside the home so none of these issues were a huge inconvenience, however, I would recommend that they are addressed before the next guests' stay.

Nice stay at The Stone House!!!!

It was a great property but the construction made it hard for entry/exit. It was a great property for a family, if weather permitted we would've used the backyard and grill. The host made the rules pretty simple and was pretty good at leaving instructions behind in a nice binder.

The stone home was perfect

I rented the house to host family visiting from LA, including my toddler nephew. They loved the place! The backyard playset was just the ticket. Wonderful memories were made.

We called the number to report the disposal not working and no one returned the call. None of the clocks were set the same or set to the right time. The tv in the living room has a fade spot in the middle of the screen. The internet connection is poor causing issues with tv reception. The shower head in the master bathroom is corroded causing the water not to come out very well.

Awesome layout of home!

Kitchen and family room were the highlight. Rooms on the other side made things quite for those who where asleep. Beautiful and quite neighborhood.

Great family rental!

Our family travels a lot due to work and this was definitely one of our favorite rentals yet. Property was exactly as listed - clean, well decorated and equipped with everything you could need. Had some trouble with the code to enter the house, but the property owner was extremely quick to respond and resolve the issue without problem. Highly recommend!

Overall, the stay was generally ok. The home was clean and welcoming. I do want to say that there was internet issues and having to reset the router several times to get it active again. The other issue was that there was no shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. I did not tell the host until the last night because I did not want anyone coming back into the house while we were out and about and also there was no need to tell them when it was discovered because the guest was in the shower at that time. The host said that their cleaning crew didn't notify them of being out of I understand that but overall, it's still the host's responsibility to make sure it's all there.
