The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Cedar Park. This 1800 Sq Ft home with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, with an open floor plan leaves plenty of room for your Family and Friends!

All Bedrooms are furnished with extremely comfy beds, the Master Bedroom featuring a King sized bed and a smart TV. Two additional rooms with large comfortable beds and a game room designed to sleep more friends and family!!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook traditional family recipes! (silverware, pots, pans, basic spices, etc)

The living room is beautifully furnished, allowing you to “kick back” in style. This space allows the whole group to be able to sit down and enjoy each others company or your favorite streaming channels!

The home is centrally located, making for quick and easy car rides. Street parking is free and available.

In order to keep a calm, clean, and safe environment the house will be equipped with a Ring doorbell, strictly facing the EXTERIOR of the house. Also there will be a noise monitor within the home.

We didn’t stay place was filthy nothing compared to listing couch was torn baseboards were stained entrance to house was dirty spider webs curtain between master bedroom and bathroom was stained look like blood dinning table was sticky 1 of the chairs was broken also listening didn’t specify we would be sharing parking and laundry room with apartment that was connected to the house had I known this I wouldn’t have booked it Verbo states in commercial that you will never have to share your space with anyone we went into the laundry room and the door to the apartment was open and we could hear all that was going on in their apartment after talking to the host that sharing these spaces was on the listing but it wasn’t it was listed when they sent me the house rules a day before my stay which of course was to late to cancel and get refund host also told me he had talked to Verbo and they said I couldn’t get a refund as they didn’t deem the place uninhabitable I am attaching some photos we took so no one else falls in this trap

Perfect for small groups

Had a business trip with my colleagues and we all stayed in one location for efficiency and easy communication. The property had a great atmosphere and decent amenities. A property and would stay there again.

Property was as described and shown in the pics. Very comfortable for our large family group. Excellent communication from owner both before and during the stay. Would stay here again.
